信息化的提高是全世界各个国家发展的必然方向,是推进国家经济、社会进步的重
要途径。国家提出了智能制造和工业 4.0的融合新发展,国务院在《中国制造 2025》强
调,到 2025 年,制造业整体水平将得到大幅度的提升,创新能力得到明显地加强,企
业和员工的劳动生产效率有很明显的提高,从而使得工业化和信息化融合能够迈上一个
新的台阶。信息化发展和创新都是制造业企业必须面对的发展方向之一。
本文以 YZH 科技公司为研究对象,以其公司业务发展的战略为研究内容,从战略
发展分析研究、战略定位、战略实施保障几方面入手,通过对 YZH 科技公司及其所属
母公司 F进行宏观环境分析、竞争环境分析以及内部环境分析,并构建了环境要素进行
综合评价,梳理出 YZH 科技公司目前所面临的发展机遇,不过存在比较多的问题,需
要解决问题并抓住外部发展机遇的结论。接着,本文利用 SWOT分析法对不同的备选方
案展开分析研究,结合战略选择的影响因素制定出 YZH科技公司的总体战略选择方案,
并基于战略选择进行业务发展规划。最后,本文通过对 YZH 科技公司影响战略决策的
因素分析,对各项备选方案进行综合分析对比,然后形成重要结论。为了保证最优战略
方案的贯彻执行,本文还根据 YZH 科技公司的战略发展和公司目前的环境状况制定了
实施保障措施,明确各阶段的规划内容与安排,从优化组织结构、自身技术能力提升、
公司战略资源调配等多个方面制定了相应的保障方案。
本文利用先进的战略管理思维对 YZH科技公司进行深度分析,并形成了重要结论,
不仅能够有效改善 YZH科技公司的发展现状,帮助 YZH科技公司调整发展方向,同时
对于同类制造行业信息化的发展方向具有非常重要的指导意义。

Research on Devlopment Strategy of YZH Company
Abstract
The improvement of informatization is the inevitable direction of the development of all
countries in the world, and is an important way to promote national economic and social
progress. Countries proposed 4.0 the integration of new intelligent manufacturing and industrial
development.the State Council on the "made in China 2025" stressed that by 2025, the overall
level of manufacturing will be greatly promoted, to strengthen the innovation ability obviously,
enterprise and employee labor production efficiency is obvious, thus enables the fusion of
industrialization and information to a new step. Informatization development and innovation
are one of the development directions that must be faced by manufacturing enterprises.
This article with YZH technology companies as the study object, with the development of
the company's business strategy as the study content, development from a strategic analysis,
strategic positioning, strategic implementation safeguard a few aspects, through the YZH
technology firms and their parent company F macro environment analysis, competitive
environment analysis and internal environment analysis, and constructed a comprehensive
evaluation of environmental elements.This thesis sorted out the development opportunities
faced by YZH Technology Company at present, but there are many problems. It is necessary to
solve internal problems and seize external development opportunities. Then, this thesis uses
the SWOT analysis method to carry out analysis and study on different alternatives, and
combined with the influencing factors of strategic choice, makes the overall strategic choice
plan of YZH Technology Company, and carries out business development plan based on
strategic choice. Finally, through the analysis of the factors influencing the strategic decision
of YZH Technology Company, this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of
various alternatives, and then forms an important conclusion. In order to guarantee the optimal
strategy being carried out, this article also according to the strategic development of YZH
technology company and the company's current environmental conditions, formulate the
implementation safeguard measures, clear the stages of planning content and arrangement, the
optimization of organizational structure, its technical ability to ascend, several aspects of the
company strategic resource allocation formulated the corresponding protection programs.
This thesis uses advanced strategic management thinking to conduct in-depth analysis of
YZH Technology Company and form important conclusions, which can not only effectively
improve the development status of YZH Technology Company and help YZH Technology
company adjust its development direction, but also has very important guiding significance for
similar manufacturing industry information development direction.
