摘要
英文绘本馆除了具有图书馆的普遍性特征，还是一种随着英文绘本的普及在
一些大中城市兴起的以英文绘本为主要收藏对象及运营载体的主题场馆。但是对
于高速发展的英语绘本阅读行业，呼和浩特仍是一个缺乏经验的新兴市场，目前
并没有一家专业从事英文绘本租赁业务的绘本馆，英文绘本借阅多夹杂于普通绘
本馆中。本文对拟创立的启萌英文绘本馆，在呼和浩特主城区范围内通过GIS技
术进行选址问题研究。
论文首先分析了启萌英文绘本馆的运营策略和运营特征，为之后的选址指标
建立构建了基础。其次，通过对国内外相关研究文献的研读与实地调查的数据收
集与分析，从区位理论出发，以目标客户群体、公共交通可达性和土地成本三个
维度构建了启萌英文绘本馆选址的指标体系。之后，通过GIS软件量化指标，结
合定量与定性分析，提出用层次分析法（AHP）结合GIS环境来确定评价因子的赋
值。最后，利用ENVI5.3与ArcGIS10.7软件对呼和浩特主城区以目标客户群体、
公共交通可达性和土地成本三个指标进行了核密度分析，最终得出了适宜建立启
萌英文绘本馆的区域，并根据POI数据与实地考察，确定了最终的具体地址。

Abstract
In addition to the common characteristics of libraries, English picture book
libraries are also theme venues with English picture books as the main collection objects
and operation carriers, which have emerged in some large and medium-sized
cities.However, for the high-speed development of English picture book reading
industry, Hohhot is still an inexperienced emerging market. At present, there is no
library specializing in English picture book rental business, and English picture book
lending is mostly mixed with ordinary children libraries. This paper studies the site
selection of Qimeng English Picture Book library in the main urban area of Hohhot by
GIS technology.
Firstly, the paper analyzes the operation strategy and characteristics of Qimeng
English Picture Book Library, which lays a foundation for the establishment of site
selection indicators. Secondly, based on the study of relevant research literature at home
and abroad and the data collection and analysis of field investigation, starting from the
location theory, an index system for the site selection of Qimeng English Picture Book
Library is constructed from the three dimensions of target customer groups, public
transport accessibility and land cost. Then, through the quantitative index of GIS
software, combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis, the AHP method
combined with GIS environment is proposed to determine the assignment of evaluation
factors. Finally, ENVI5.3 and ArcGIS10.7 software are used to carry out kernel density
analysis on the target customer group, public transport accessibility and land cost in the
main urban area of Hohhot. Finally, the suitable area for establishing Qimeng English
Picture Book Library is obtained, and the final specific location is determined according
to THE POI data and field investigation.
