摘 要
软件项目风险管理的研究工作在国外已经十多年了，在中国管理与软件业界还未
能广泛的进行项目风险管理的研究与实践。软件项目的高风险特点以及社会广泛的管
理需要，赋予了本文研究的重要实践意义，通过实施风险管理有助于减少在风险出现
时产生的直接影响，进而降低风险出现的几率以及提前规划风险出现时的处理对策，
提升项目成功几率。因此进行风险管理工作是非常重要的。
本论文以慧日公司为例,通过围绕大数据软件项目实施而开展的风险管理研究,
首先剖析了国内外的研究现况和面临的主要困难和问题,并明确了研究的重要性,并
且讲述了本章研发的重点内容和办法;其次介绍了项目风险管理的基本概念,主要围
绕风险识别、风险评估、风险分析、风险控制等有关理论;再次介绍了慧日公司大数据
软件项目风险管理现状;针对现状情况提出了项目风险管理中面临的重点问题,并对
关键点展开了剖析研讨,涉及项目风险识别方法,对项目风险实行了分级,建立项目风
险矩阵对确定项目风险进行评估，基于风险识别列表，打造系统的风险评估指标,并
通过评价指标体系实现项目风险定性定量分析；在风险分析结论的基础上，从需求风
险、人才风险、技术分析、数据风险、管理风险、建立风险监管机制这几方面,提出了
项目风险控制策略;针对案例项目风险识别、风险分析、风险管控等管理流程的剖析;
建立有利于慧日公司的风险管理制度,为慧日公司的施工项目风险管理提出意见,并
帮助慧日公司更好的实施项目风险管理。

ABSTRACT
The research on software project risk management has been abroad for more than ten
years， and the research and practice of project risk management has not been widely carried
out in China's management and software industry. The high-risk characteristics of software
projects and the extensive management needs of the society endow this research with
important practical significance. The implementation of risk management helps to reduce the
direct impact when the risk occurs， and then reduce the probability of risk occurrence and
plan the treatment countermeasures when the risk occurs in advance， so as to improve the
success probability of the project. Therefore， risk management is very important.
Taking Huiri company as an example, through the risk management research carried out
around the implementation of big data software project, this paper first analyzes the research
status and main difficulties and problems at home and abroad, defines the importance of the
research, and describes the key contents and methods of research and development in this
chapter; Secondly, it introduces the basic concept of project risk management, including the
relevant theories of risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis and risk control in
project risk management; Thirdly, it introduces the current situation of risk management of
big data software project of Huiri company; According to the current situation, this paper
puts forward the key problems faced in project risk management, analyzes and discusses the
key points, involves the project risk identification method, classifies the project risk,
establishes the project risk matrix, evaluates the determined project risk, establishes the
project risk identification list, and establishes the project risk assessment index system, The
qualitative and quantitative analysis of project risk is realized through the evaluation index
system; Based on the conclusion of risk analysis, this paper puts forward the project risk
control strategy from the aspects of market demand risk, talent risk, technology risk, data risk,
management risk and establishing risk supervision mechanism; Analysis of management
processes such as case project risk identification, risk analysis and risk control; Establish a
project risk management system conducive to Huiri company, put forward opinions for Huiri
company's construction project risk management, and help Huiri company better implement
project risk management.
