新冠肺炎疫情从 2019年底爆发开始,面对突如其来的疫情国家出台政策
实施人员管控,交通运输管制,各个地方贸易活动受到制约,全球经济呈现下
滑趋势。国家为了长远发展,提出加强环境保护,提高制造业及化工行业碳排
放标准,企业在环保压力下必须做出整改措施,面对疫情以及环保整改,许多
企业生存现状面临危机。面对如此严峻趋势,数字经济空前发展,数据信息成
为主要生产要素,面对疫情数字技术运用得到前所未有发展,数据信息和各个
行业进行融合,企业也在数字经济下有了新的发展空间。采购管理在企业管理
环节中非常重要,跟随时代发展,在数字经济背景下,互联网平台、移动互联
网 APP、大数据计算等数字技术得到深化运用,采购管理工作在此背景下也能
得到优化,为企业发展增加助力。
该文对 XYFL公司采购管理进行研究,文中介绍了公司基本概况及现阶段
采购管理流程及方式,通过文献资料整理得出理论知识,实地进行案例研究得
到采购数据,其次找到现阶段采购模式下,XYFL公司采购管理 4个方面问题:
内部采购流程问题;供应商管理问题;大型设备及工程招标问题;库存管理问
题,然后结合理论知识对现阶段存在问题进行分析,分析出问题产生原因,最
后结合数字经济背景下企业采购管理能做出的优化方案,针对 4个问题进行细
部优化,完善内部管理系统,改善内部采购方式,优化相关流程提升采购工作
效率,利用数字化信息整合与供应商关系,增加评价方式让供应信息更全面,
做好供应商管理使得双方在合作过程中关系更融洽,优化设备招标流程提高设
备采购质量,降低更多采购成本,优化库存管理模式,提高各部门之间协作能
力,降低库存资金积压。公司从采购管理工作开始进行数字化转型,让数字信
息与数字技术成为新鲜血液给企业发展提供动力,实现长远发展。

emission standards of manufacturing and chemical industries. Under the pressure of
environmental protection, enterprises must make rectification measures. Facing the
epidemic situation and environmental protection rectification, the survival status of
many enterprises is facing crisis. In the face of such a severe trend, the digital
economy has developed unprecedentedly, and data information has become the main
factor of production. In the face of the epidemic, the application of digital technology
has developed unprecedentedly. With the integration of data information and various
industries, enterprises also have new development space under the digital economy.
Procurement management is very important in enterprise management. With the
development of the times, under the background of digital economy, digital
technologies such as Internet platform, mobile Internet app and big data computing
have been deeply applied, and procurement management can also be optimized in this
context to increase assistance for enterprise development.
This paper studies the procurement management of xyfl company. It introduces
the basic situation of the company and the procurement management process and
mode at this stage. The theoretical knowledge is obtained through literature sorting,
and the procurement data is obtained through field case study. Secondly, four aspects
of xyfl company's procurement management under the current procurement mode are
