The Research on Productive Quality Management Improvement of IIT
Corporation
Abstract
With people's demand on product quality become higher and higher, the competition of
product quality among enterprises is increased. The control and improving the quality of
products not only reduce the costs, but also make enterprise in a favorable position in the
fierce competition. Semiconductor industry has characteristics of high technology integration,
complex process, rapid technology refresh, high investment, high cost and long product cycle
time, and so on, all these make enterprises have higher requirement on the technology process
and quality. The quality of semiconductor products is not only the lifeblood of enterprises, but
also related to the electronic equipment enterprises' survival and development. As the
semiconductor industry in China mainland started late and the technology of process has
relatively fallen behind, therefore, it is especially important to strengthen the control of the
product quality and improve the product quality management for the development of
enterprises.
Based on the study of relevant theories of quality management, this thesis makes an
in-depth research and exploration on the existing production management problems of IIT
company's only non-volatile memory chip Dalian factory, and analyzes the existing problems
and related reasons of IIT company such as high frequent equipment problems, unstable
product yield and increasing product scrap issues. Using quality management control methods,
statistical process control, FMEA, error-proofing methods and others methods, the
rectification scheme has put forward to optimize the quality management organization
structure to make the resource allocation more reasonable, improve the corresponding quality
management control methods, perfecting the error-proofing, and make the product quality
control more reasonable. Finally, the quality management guarantee are proposed to protect
the application of IIT quality management.
By studying the quality management of IIT company, this thesis puts forward the
problem, analyzes the problem and proposes the solution to the analysis according to the
relevant theory and actual situation, establishes and perfects the quality management method
and system of the company. The proposal and implementation of safeguard will further
consolidate the quality management of this company. Meanwhile, the problems and methods
of how to resolve, which mentioned in thesis has been representative in wafer fabrication
industry, can be of a good reference for others factory.
