摘要
伴随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国国民生活水平得到了显著提升。截止 2020
年底,我国人均 GDP超过了七万元人民币。人们生活水平的提升,促使其对生活质量
有了更高的要求,出行旅游的人次也随之增加,丰富多样的出行方式为人们提供了更多
选择。选择飞机出行已经成为人们出行方式的最佳选择之一。近年以来,随着我国基建
水平的大幅度提高,很多新成立的航空公司腾空而出,加入到民航运输的大军中来,机
场建设也更加完善。甘肃 Q机场成立于 1976年,并在 2004年完成了对 Q机场的复航
改造。Q机场在甘肃经济发展中所发挥的作用也越来越巨大,甘肃政府对 Q机场的支持
也呈逐年上升趋势。在此背景下,本文着眼于甘肃 Q机场未来发展趋势,结合该机场当
前的发展现状和机场实际发展需要,制定了适合企业未来长远发展的战略措施。
本文的研究思路是通过对发展战略理论、企业发展战略分析工具、国内机场运营管
理模式的深入探讨和研究,利用发展战略管理工具,分别从机场外部环境、产业环境和
内部环境等方面对 Q机场展开研究和分析,借助 SWOT模型对机场面临的机会、威胁、
优势和劣势进行了整体的评判,并结合 Q机场的实际情况提出了从建立红色文化品牌和
产业、整合旅行社及航空公司资源、开展短途通航客货运服务、成立救援队伍、拓宽非
航业务服务范围,推广无人机业务,加强对于通航飞机飞行的监视和指挥等发展战略具
体措施,通过统一思想认识、成立发展战略领导小组、专项资金支持、优化人力资本结
构、充分发挥企业文化的优势作业的保障措施的实施促进甘肃 Q机场健康、长远的发展。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of China's social economy, the living standard of
Chinese people has been significantly improved. By the end of 2020, China's per capita GDP
has exceeded 70,000 yuan. With the improvement of people's living standards, people have
higher requirements for their quality of life, and the number of people traveling is also
increasing. The rich and varied travel modes provide more choices for people. Choosing
airplane travel has become one of the best choices for people to travel. In recent years, with
the substantial improvement of China's infrastructure level, many newly established airlines
have vacated and joined the army of civil aviation transportation, and the airport construction
has become more perfect. Gansu airport was established in 1976, and the re-flight
transformation of Q airport was completed in 2004. Q airport plays an increasingly important
role in Gansu's economic development, and Gansu government's support for Q airport is also
increasing year by year. Under this background, this paper focuses on the future development
trend of Gansu Q Airport, and combines the current development situation of the airport and
the actual development needs of the airport, and formulates strategic measures suitable for the
long-term development of enterprises in the future.
The research idea of this paper is to deeply discuss and study the development strategy
theory, enterprise development strategy analysis tools, and domestic airport operation and
management mode, and use the development strategy management tools to study and analyze
Q Airport from the aspects of external environment, industrial environment and internal
environment, etc., and make an overall evaluation of the opportunities, threats, advantages
and disadvantages faced by the airport with the help of SWOT model. Combined with the
actual situation of Q Airport, this paper puts forward specific measures of development
strategy, such as establishing red culture brand and industry, integrating resources of travel
agencies and airlines, carrying out short-distance navigation passenger and freight services,
setting up rescue teams, broadening the service scope of non-aerial services, popularizing
unmanned aerial vehicle services, strengthening the monitoring and command of navigation
aircraft flight, and so on. To promote the healthy and long-term operation of Gansu Q Airport
by unifying thoughts and understanding, setting up a development strategy leading group,
supporting with special funds, optimizing the structure of human capital and giving full play
to the advantages of enterprise culture.
