LXJ公司女性员工工作满意度研究
摘要
随着国家供给侧结构性改革的不断推进,我国餐饮类企业营业额屡创新高,
消费市场对第三产业中的餐饮业有了更高的要求。未来餐饮企业之间的竞争不再
是单纯的拘泥于菜品价格或菜品口味方面的竞争,更是品牌的竞争、服务水平的
竞争。员工作为企业资源最重要的组成部分,提升员工满意度是实现企业发展、
进步的重要环节。
唯有满意的员工才能带来满意的顾客。当女性作为独立的个体走向职场时,
她们通过需求得到满足来实现个人价值的提升。她们同男性从业者一样,在工作
条件、人际关系、晋升空间等诸多方面有需求。但处于不同阶段的女性员工,她
们的需求程度又不尽相同。因此,需要管理者根据实际情况对管理策略做出合理
的调整,从而提升本企业女性员工工作满意度。当她们的需求得到一定程度的满
足时,工作质量、工作效率也会相应提升。餐饮业的服务人员中女性占比较大。
因此,此类人群工作满意度研究对企业提高服务水平、减少优秀女性员工流失、
提高工作效率、让她们在工作中激发出最大潜力,使得企业在日益严峻的行业竞
争中崭露头角起到了举足轻重的作用。
本文以“LXJ公司女性员工工作满意度研究”为题,通过调查问卷、文献搜
集等方式,统计 LXJ公司女性员工的相关个人信息,利用国内外学者对满意度
方面相关研究理论将影响员工工作满意度非人口统计因素分为五个维度编写满
意度问卷。形成数据结果后根据员工的年龄、婚姻、生育情况、学历以及工作年
限这 5个变量作为影响员工工作满意度的人口统计因素,分析 LXJ公司女性员
工非人口统计因素对工作满意度的影响程度。随后从非人口统计因素的五个方面
对导致 LXJ公司女性员工满意度下降的因素进行分析,并针对这些情况提出了
优化意见和实施保障,以达到提高女性员工工作满意度的目的。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the national supply side structural reform,
the consumer market has higher requirements for the catering industry in the tertiary
industry, and the turnover of catering enterprises in China has repeatedly reached new
highs. In the future, the competition among catering enterprises is no longer simply
confined to the competition in dish price or dish taste, but also the competition in
brand and service level. As the most important part of enterprise resources, improving
employee satisfaction is an important link to realize enterprise development and
progress.
Only satisfied employees can bring satisfied customers. When women enter the
workplace as independent individuals, they realize the promotion of personal value by
meeting their needs. Like male practitioners, they have needs in working conditions,
interpersonal relationships, promotion space and many other aspects. However,
female employees at different stages have different needs. Therefore, managers need
to make reasonable adjustments to the management strategy according to the actual
situation, so as to improve the job satisfaction of female employees of the enterprise.
When their needs are met to a certain extent, their work quality and work efficiency
will be improved accordingly. Women account for a large proportion of service
personnel in the catering industry. Therefore, the research on job satisfaction of such
groups has played an important role in improving service level, reducing the loss of
excellent female employees, improving work efficiency, enabling them to stimulate
their maximum potential at work, and making enterprises stand out in the increasingly
severe industry competition.
Under the title of "Research on job satisfaction of female employees in lxj
company", this paper makes statistics on the relevant personal information of female
employees in lxj company through questionnaires and literature collection, and uses
the relevant research theories of domestic and foreign scholars on satisfaction to
divide the non-human statistical factors affecting employee job satisfaction into five
dimensions to compile a satisfaction questionnaire. After the data results are formed,
the influence of non demographic factors on job satisfaction of female employees of
lxj company is analyzed according to the five variables of employees' age, marriage,
