摘
要
生产质量是企业成长发展的基础，质量管理对生产制造型企业尤为重要。随着社会
发展和技术进步，人们对生活品质和使用物品的要求越来越高，企业生产产品的质量要
求也越来越高。从 20 世纪初，人类社会跨入工业化，企业经营规模化，质量管理也得
到飞速发展，从最初质量检验阶段，发展到统计质量控制阶段，再到全面质量管理阶段。
逐步形成了一个完整系统全面的质量管理学科。质量管理指导生产企业管理制造出越来
越好的标准化产品，并且帮助企业逐步发展壮大。越来越多的国家，企业，学者，专家
意识到质量生产管理的重要性。随着国际贸易的迅速扩大，质量管理跨入了国际化。对
企业来说，生产质量管理也越来越重要。
本研究通过对 A 公司手机按键模组的质量问题深入分析，在产品生产过程中发生
的质量异常问题，通过数据分析和实验设计验证，运用全面质量管理五要素找到异常原
因并提出可行的改善方案。并从管理角度进行设计预防，如何降低生产过程中质量异常，
以及异常发生后如何快速锁定并处理。从而提高公司管理水平，减少质量异常发生率，
降低损耗以及成本。让企业产生更多经济价值。具有更强的市场竞争力，促进企业健康
持续发展。
文章首先从质量管理对企业发展的作用这一角度进行论述，以及对目前移动通信设
备制造企业的产品开发流程和质量管理现状进行介绍。然后重点介绍 A 公司按键模组
以及其产品开发生产过程中的质量管理现状，通过对 A 公司实地调研，发现其生产过
程中关于按键模组的质量问题。笔者通过数据分析，流程梳理和实验设计，运用各种质
量管理工具找到问题背后产生的原因，以及质量异常产生和处理过程中显示的管理问题。
从人机料法环等方面提出一些切实可行的改进方案并实施保障。最后对文章进行总结。

Research on the quality improvement of the key module of mobile phone
in A Company
Abstract
Production quality is the basis of enterprise growth and development, and quality
management is particularly important for manufacturing enterprises. With the social
development and technological progress, people have higher and higher requirements for the
quality of life and the use of goods, and the quality requirements of products produced by
enterprises are also higher and higher. Since the beginning of the 20th century, human society
has stepped into industrialization, enterprise operation has been large-scale, and quality
management has also developed rapidly, from the initial quality inspection stage to the
statistical quality control stage, and then to the total quality management stage. It has gradually
formed a complete, systematic and comprehensive quality management discipline. Quality
management guides production enterprises to manufacture better and better standardized
products, and helps enterprises gradually develop and grow. More and more countries,
enterprises, scholars and experts realize the importance of quality production management.
With the rapid expansion of international trade, quality management has stepped into
internationalization. For enterprises, production quality management is becoming more and
more important.
Through in-depth analysis of the quality problems of the mobile phone key module of
company a, the quality abnormal problems occurred in the product production process, through
data analysis and experimental design verification, the five elements of total quality
management are used to find the abnormal causes and put forward feasible improvement
schemes. And design prevention from the perspective of management, how to reduce the quality
abnormalities in the production process, and how to quickly lock and deal with the
abnormalities. So as to improve the management level of the company, reduce the incidence of
quality abnormalities, reduce losses and costs. Let enterprises generate more economic value.
It has stronger market competitiveness and promotes the healthy and sustainable development
of enterprises.
Firstly, this paper discusses the role of quality management in enterprise development, and
introduces the product development process and quality management status of mobile
communication equipment manufacturing enterprises. Then it focuses on the key module of A
company and the quality management status in the process of product development and
production. Through the field investigation of A company, it is found that the quality problems

of key module in the production process. Through data analysis, process combing and
experimental design, the author uses various quality management tools to find the causes behind
the problems and the management problems displayed in the process of quality abnormality
generation and handling. Some feasible improvement schemes are put forward and
implemented from the aspects of man-machine, material, method and environment. Finally, the
article is summarized.
