改革开放40年以来,我国经济发展迅速,人民收入水平不断提高,理财意识也逐渐增强, 个人理财业务市场需求也逐步增大。但就现实来看,随着信息技术的快速发展,互联网被应用 在各个领域,尤其是以“余额宝”、“活期宝”等为代表的互联网金融,以大数据为支撑发展迅 猛,将互联网行业与金融行业的结合,正深刻影响和改变着传统金融体系,渗透和撼动着商业 银行个人理财业务。大数据背景下,商业银行要想在新环境下长盛不衰,应顺应时代潮流,借 力大数据金融对个人理财业务的积极影响,使我国商业银行个人理财业务在金融社会中更具有 竞争力。 本文选取工商银行A分行为研究对象,围绕大数据金融背景下工商银行A分行个人理财业 务发展现状、存在的问题、影响因素以及提升个人业务策略进行探讨研究。首先,在对国内外 相关理论及文献研究梳理的基础上,对个人理财业务、大数据金融、商业银行个人理财业务内 涵进行界定,阐述商业银行发展个人理财业务的重要性与必要性;其次,通过数据对工商银行 A分行的发展现状、实际工作中开展个人理财业务存在的问题进行分析,并结合调查问卷等方 式采集相关信息,并对问卷提取的影响因素进行论证分析;最后针对前文所述的问题以及实证 的影响因素排名,基于工商银行A分行自身实际情况,对工商银行A分行提升个人理财业务发 展提出针对性的策略。 关键词:大数据金融,商业银行,个人理财业务,影响因素 工商银行A分行个人理财业务发展影响因素研究 II ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening up,inthe past 40 years China’s economy has developed rapidly, and significant increases in people’s income have been seen. Besides, people’s consciousness in financial management has been strengthenedgradually, and the market demand for personal financial management services has become higher than before. However, in reality, accompanying bythedevelopment of science and technology, which is represented by Yu Ebao and Huo Qibao has been applied in various fields, with the support of big data, it combinates the Internet industry and the financial industry, the Internet finance is profoundly affecting and changing the traditional financial system, infiltrating and challenging the personal wealth management business of commercial banks.In the context of big data, if commercial banks want to survive and thrive in a new environment, they should adapt to the development of the times and take advantage of the positive impact of big data finance on personal wealth management business in order to make our personal wealth management business more competitive in the financefield. This paper selects ICBCinA branch as the research object, and discusses the business status, existing problems, influencing factors and tactics toimprove personal business of ICBC 's personal financial business development in A branch under the background of big data finance.Firstly,by reviewing and combing domestic and foreign research literature, thispaper defines the meaning of personal financial business, big data financeand personal financial business of commercial banks, and explains the importance and necessity of developing personal financial business for commercial banks.Secondly, it analyzes the development status of ICBC in A branch and the problems existing in the personal financial business in actual work. What’s more, combating questionnairesabout influencing factors on personal financial business to analyze the factors behind the problems. Lastly, according to the problems mentioned and the influencing factors, basing on the actual state of A branch, advancing the targeted strategies to improve the development of personal financial business for ICBC in A branch.
