近年来,我国国民经济取得了巨大成就的同时,社会各界的环保意识 也在不断地增强,环保督查的工作力度也在持续加大,我国环保行业得到 了较大的发展。中央财政对环境保护的扶持力度逐年加大,社会资本对环 保产业的投入也在持续增加,各级政府也越来越重视环境保护和生态可持 续发展,而工业的持续发展也有力的加大了治理工业污染物的市场需求。 在多方面因素的影响下,我国环保产业自上世纪末期以来一直保持着较快 增长,是我国重点培育的新兴产业,也是当前最具发展潜力之一的产业。 本文以广西BSK环保公司发展战略作为研究对象,首先对论文的研究 背景、现状、意义进行介绍,为论文的后续理论分析提供了基础和依据; 进而介绍了该公司的概况,并通过PEST分析模型对公司所处宏观环境进行 细致分析,运用波特五力分析模型对公司所处的行业环境进行详细分析, 通过SWOT分析工具找出BSK公司的优势、劣势、机会、挑战;最后得出 BSK公司应先采取密集型发展战略,以达成公司经营目标。 本文力求帮助BSK公司选择适合自身发展的战略,认为BSK公司应该 注重自身的优势,要对现有资源进行持续整合,将自身的缺陷与不足补齐, 同时应加大力度开拓市场业务,才能实现公司的自身管理能力的提升,促 进公司保持持续发展。同时,本文建议可以通过完善企业文化、建立完善 人才培养激励制度、加深客户管理能力、优化融资渠道等方式确保BSK公 司战略目标的实现,为BSK公司今后更好更长远的发展提供有力的参考。 关键词:广西BSK环保公司发展战略密集型战略 II GUANGXIBSKENVIRONMENTALPROTECTION COMPANYDEVELOPMENTSTRATEGYRESEARCH ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,Chinesenationaleconomyhasmadegreatachievements,at thesametime,theawarenessofenvironmentalprotectionfromallwalksoflife inthesocietyisconstantlyenhanced,theworkofenvironmentalsupervisionis alsocontinuouslyincreased,inrecentyears,Chineseenvironmentalprotection industryhasbeenagreatdevelopment.Thecentralfinancialsupportfor environmentalprotectionisincreasingyearbyyear,andtheinvestmentofsocial capitalinenvironmentalprotectionindustryisalsoincreasing.Governmentsat alllevelsarealsopayingmoreandmoreattentiontoenvironmentalprotection andecologicalsustainabledevelopment.Thesustainabledevelopmentof industryhaseffectivelyincreasedthemarketdemandforthecontrolofindustrial pollutants.Undertheinfluenceofvariousfactors,Chineseenvironmental protectionindustryhasmaintainedarapidgrowthsincetheendofthelast century.ItisakeyemergingindustrycultivatedinChinaandoneofthemost promisingindustriesatpresent.
