近年来,随着电商产业腾飞,物流业在迎来空前发展机遇的同时,也触发 了日趋白热化的同业竞争。在与竞争对手服务水平差异急?J缩小的背景下,X 物流公司的市场份额出现了罕见萎缩。有效改善服务品质、确保行业领先优势 的关键在于X物流公司营运管理水平是否能得到长足的提升。 基于提升X物流公司营运管理水平的目的,本文以PDCA循环理论为指导, 对X物流公司营运管理现状进行分析,并提出优化策略及保障措施。主要包含 六个部分:①绪论。主要阐述本文研究背景、国内外研宄现状;②相关概念与 理论基础。主要介绍物流企业的营运管理及PDCA循环理论;③X物流公司营运 管理现状及所存在问题的原因分析;④X物流公司营运管理的优化策略;⑤X物 流公司营运管理优化策略的保障措施;⑥结论与展望。 本文的主要研宄成果如下:①X物流公司营运管理虽较为规范,但其PDCA 循环各阶段仍存在亟待解决的问题。其主要问题为指标考核项过多、领导者主 导目标值设定、三线人力资源紧张、工作执行中缺乏沟通技巧与培训机制、定 期回顾的评价维度过于片面、缺乏对优秀经验的积累与传播;②针对X物流公 司营运管理中rocA循环各阶段所存在问题的根本原因,提出优化策略。其主要 优化策略为简化指标并设置目标值测算机制、合理配备人员、沟通形式灵活 化、“下对上”评价纳入定期回顾、设置初期赋能培训机制与优秀经验传播机 制;③基于X物流公司营运管理中PDCA循环各阶段的优化策略,提出保障措 施。其主要保障措施为健全X物流公司员工奖惩制度,激发员工工作热情并约 束不规范行为;营造和谐健康的员工关系,消除企业与员工间的隔阂,增强员 工归属感;搭建X物流公司员工自我能力提升体系,满足员工培训学习需求, 驱动其进行自我管理。以上研究成果的提出,将为提升X物流公司营运管理水 平指明一条切实可行的优化途径。 关键词:物流企业;质量管理;rocA循环;营运管理 I ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofe-commerceindustry,thelogistics industryhasusheredinunprecedentedopportunitiesfordevelopment,butalso triggeredtheincreasinglyfiercecompetitionamongpeers.Inthecontextofthesharp reductionofserviceleveldifferencewithcompetitors,XLogisticsCompany’smarket shareshrankrarely.Thekeytoeffectivelyimproveservicequalityandensureindustry leadingadvantageliesinwhethertheoperationandmanagementlevelofXLogistics Companycanbegreatlyimproved.
