QDNS银行国际业务发展战略研究 山东省位于我国东部沿海地区,是中国经济最发达的省份之一,经济体量较大, 产业结构不断改善,自2007年以来,山东省GDP一直处于全国GDP的第三位,其经济 实力不容小觑。但是其GDP总量强劲的背后,也存在着一些隐患,GDP增速逐年放 缓。对此,山东省一直寻求自身经济结构的不断完善,不断探求进一步深化发展的举 措。2017年2月,山东省政府召开新闻发布会指出,根据《山东半岛城市群发展规划 (2016-2030年)》,Q市要迈入特大城市行列,并引领一个都市圈——Q市都市圈。 由此,山东省对Q市城市发展倾斜财政及物资,助力Q市的进一步发展。山东对Q市 都市圈的定位是成为一个具有较强国际竞争力的中国海洋产业创新基地,将成为引领全 省发展的核心引擎。Q市作为山东副省级市、国务院批复确定的沿海重要城市,重要 的国际性港口城市,“一带一路”经济走廊主要节点城市和海上合作战略支点,其战 略地位可见一斑。对此,Q市提出加大发展海洋经济、支持发展外向型经济,逐步将Q 市打造成国际化都市。在“一带一路”、“走出去”战略以及贸易强国政策的倡议 下,Q市外向型经济发展迅速,外商投资不断增多。在此经济发展大的环境条件下, 企业与个人的金融需求呈现多元化的态势,为银行国际业务的发展带来了前所未有的 机遇与挑战。 随着国家经济的快速发展,银行国际业务也受到了越来越多的关注。一方面,发 展国际业务对于银行扩大规模、走向世界的发展布局有着至关重要的作用,其次也是 银行在现在激烈的竞争环境下,保持盈利的一大利器。对于利润的追逐,使得国际化 业务得到更多的重视,成为银行竞争的主要领域。国有银行拥有雄厚的资金实力以及 广阔的客户资源,在发展国际业务方面具有先天的优势。对于QDNS银行这类中小型银 行而言,怎样在激烈的竞争环境下求得生存以及进一步的发展,是QDNS银行布局国际 业务发展战略中必须面对的课题。 本文在国内外研究国际业务发展的基础上,以QDNS银行为研究对象,从QDNS银 行的发展历程出发,结合QDNS银行国际业务自身发展的实际情况,总结其在业务发展 时面临的主要问题和障碍,分析产生问题的原因。其次,运用PEST模型从政治、经 济、社会和技术四个方面分析QDNS银行国际业务发展所处的外部环境。同时,运用访 谈法对QDNS银行国际业务的内部环境进行分析。在充分了解、分析其内外部环境之 II 后,以保持QDNS银行国际业务可持续发展为目标,运用管理学工具SWOT分析法,从 优势、劣势以及机遇、威胁四方面对其进行进一步分析。在此基础上,提出QDNS银行 国际业务发展的战略目标与战略方针,以及根据目标、方针所制定的主营产品的发展 战略和区域市场的发展战略。最后,为保证发展战略的有效实施与开展,从组织人 力、技术设施、管理制度以及风险管理四方面提出了保障的措施建议。 本论文在充分了解QDNS银行国际业务发展历程的前提下,将其作为案例对象,运 用管理学的原理及分析工具进行探究,为QDNS银行国际业务的可持续发展提供了一套 方案。其研究过程及结果对于其他中小型银行国际业务发展的研究,可以提供一定的 补充作用。 关键词:商业银行、国际业务、业务战略、市场战略 III Abstract Research on the development strategy of QDNS bank's international business Shandong Province, located in the eastern coastal area of China, is one of the most developed provinces in China, with large economic volume and continuous improvement of industrial structure. Since 2007, the GDP of Shandong Province has been in the third place of the national GDP, and its economic strength cannot be underestimated. But behind the strong GDP, there are also some hidden dangers. Shandong Province, although its GDP has been in the third place in China since 2007, it is noteworthy that the gap between Shandong Province and the province with the fourth largest GDP is narrowing. In this regard, Shandong Province has been seeking continuous improvement of its economic structure, and constantly seeking measures to further deepen development. In February 2017, Shandong provincial government held a press conference and pointed out that according to the development plan of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration (2016-2030), Q city should enter the ranks of megacities and lead a metropolitan area - Q City metropolitan area. As a result, Shandong Province favors finance and materials for the development of Q City, and helps the further development of Q city. Shandong's positioning for Q City metropolitan area is to become a metropolitan area with strong international competitiveness. China's marine industry innovation base has become the core engine leading the development of the whole province. Q city is one belt, one road and the main strategic point of remarkable economic cooperation. The city of Shandong is an important coastal city with the approval of the State Council. In response, Q city proposed to increase the development of marine economy, support the development of export-oriented economy, and gradually build Q city into an international city. Under the initiative of one belt, one road, and going out strategy, the export oriented economy of Q city has developed rapidly and foreign investment has been increasing. In this environment of economic development, the financial needs of enterprises and individuals are diversified, which brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of international banking business. With the rapid development of national economy, more and more attention has been paid to international banking. On the one hand, the development of international business plays an important role in expanding the scale of banks and moving to the world. On the other hand, it is a powerful tool for banks to maintain profitability in the current fierce competition IV environment. The pursuit of profit makes the international business get more attention and become the main field of bank competition. The state-owned banks have abundant capital strength and vast customer resources, and have inherent advantages in the development of international business. For small and medium-sized banks such as QDNS bank, how to survive and further develop in the fierce competition environment is a problem that QDNS bank must face in its international business development strategy. Based on the research of international business development at home and abroad, this paper takes QDNS bank as the research object, starting from the development process of QDNS bank, combining with the actual situation of QDNS bank's international business development, summarizes the main problems and obstacles faced by QDNS bank in business development, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Secondly, the paper analyzes the external environment of QDNS bank's international business development from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology by PEST model. At the same time, the internal environment of QDNS bank's international business is analyzed by interview. After fully understanding and analyzing its internal and external environment, aiming at maintaining the sustainable development of QDNS bank's international business, this paper uses the SWOT analysis method of management tools to further analyze QDNS bank's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. On this basis, it puts forward the strategic objectives and policies of QDNS bank's international business development, as well as the development strategies of main products and regional markets formulated according to the objectives and policies. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation and development of the development strategy, measures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects of human security, technical facilities, management system and investment funds. On the premise of fully understanding the history and development track of QDNS bank's international business, this paper takes QDNS bank as a case object, uses the principles and analysis tools of management to explore, and provides a set of scheme for the sustainable development of QDNS bank's international business. The research process and results can be applied to the research of international business development of small and medium-sized banks to provide some complementary role for the research.
