当今时代是知识经济时代,如何提高企业竞争力是众多企业面临的发展问 题。提高企业竞争力,要立足当前时代,将企业战略和时代发展要求保持一致。 由此看来,完善和发展企业知识产权战略至关重要。钢铁行业长期以来作为国民 经济基础产业存在着,是国家建设的重要材料保障库,并且带动了上下游产业发 展。近几年来,我国钢铁企业随着全球经济下行压力不断增大,全球钢铁产量过 剩,加之我国提出供给侧结构性改革、环境能源约束等国内外形势,如何提高我 国大型钢铁企业竞争力已成为亟待解决的问题。我国钢铁企业历来对于知识产权 的战略意识相对较弱,创新发展能力不足,除了国家法律政策与现实经济社会不 完全同步外,钢铁企业自身缺乏重视也是一个重要的原因。 本文以攀钢(集团)有限公司(以下简称“攀钢”)为研究对象,介绍了相 关战略理论,结合攀钢知识产权发展实际情况,肯定了攀钢知识产权发展取得的 成绩,指出攀钢知识产权发展存在的问题;通过PEST、波特五力分析模型等分 析方法分析攀钢知识产权竞争战略面临的宏观环境和竞争环境,明确攀钢知识产 权竞争战略所处的环境状态,为攀钢知识产权竞争战略选择提供现实依据。通过 运用SWOT分析法提出攀钢知识产权竞争战略适用差异化战略,采用专利和专有 技术并行战略,打造科技研发和产业化平台,保证企业持续竞争力。通过从改革 知识产权管理机制、强化知识产权运营等方面对攀钢知识产权差异化战略实现路 径进行规划,提出要及时将知识产权转化为经济收益。此外,分别从制度建设、 结构设计、文化建设等角度提出建议,保障攀钢知识产权竞争战略的有效实施。 通过对攀钢知识产权竞争战略研究,使攀钢知识产权竞争战略更好的服务于攀钢 企业发展战略,提升攀钢竞争力,实现高效绿色开发攀西战略资源的国家使命。 关键词:钢铁行业;攀钢(集团);知识产权战略;保障 昆明理工大学 硕士学位论文 攀钢(集团)有限公司知识产权竞争战略研究 II ABSTRACT Nowadays, we live in the era of knowledge economy, and how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is the development problem faced by many enterprises. Enterprises need to improve their competitiveness in the new age and bring enterprise plan into correspondence with era development. Therefore, it is essential to perfect enterprise intellectual property. As a basic industry of the national economy, the iron and steel industry has long existed and promote the development of upstream and downstream companies. It is an important material guarantee bank for national construction. In recent years, as the downward pressure on the global economy and the overproduction of global steel, in addition to China's supply-side structural reform, and environmental energy constraints and other domestic and foreign situations, how to improve the competitiveness of China's large steel enterprises has become an urgent problem.China's iron and steel enterprises have relatively weak strategic awareness of intellectual property rights, and insufficient innovation and development capacity, in addition to the national laws and policies cannot keep pace with the reality of the economy and society, iron and steel enterprises lack of attention is also an important reason. Taking Panzhihuasteel (hereinafter referred to as "Pansteel group") as the research object, this paper gives some reviews on the past research on strategic, in combination with the current situation of its intellectual property development, as well as affirms the achievements of these development and points out the problems existing in its intellectual property. Through PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis model, and other analysis methods, this article analyzes the macro-environment of the development of intellectual property rights in Pansteel, as well as the competition environment; we also need to define the environmental status of the intellectual property competition strategy of Pansteel to provide practical basis for the selection of the intellectual property competition strategy. Through SWOT analysis, the differentiation strategy of applying the intellectual property competition strategy of Pansteel is proposed, and the strategy of using patent and proprietary technology in parallel is adopted to build a platform of scientific research and 昆明理工大学 硕士学位论文 攀钢(集团)有限公司知识产权竞争战略研究 III development and industrialization, so as to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise. Through the reform of intellectual property management mechanism, strengthening intellectual property operation and other aspects of Pansteel intellectual property differentiation strategy to achieve the planning and putting forward to timely turn intellectual property into economic benefits. In addition, suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of system construction, structural design and cultural construction to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy of intellectual property competition of Pansteel. Through the study of the intellectual property competition strategy of Pansteel, they can better serve the enterprise development strategy of Pansteel, and improve the competitiveness, and achieve the national mission of efficient and green development of the west of Panzhihua strategic resources.
