随着我国老龄化趋势的加快、亚健康人群和慢性病人群的增加,传统的医疗服务 模式面临新的挑战。远程医疗服务以一种创新的医疗服务模式,在缓解医疗服务能力 不足、均衡医疗服务资源分布不均、改善医疗服务整体水平不高等方面发挥了重要作 用。远程医疗服务模式创新,承载了医疗服务的新理念、新思想和新技术,能够跨越 空间的局限性形成时空的一致性,更好地集聚医疗服务资源。远程医疗服务不仅能够 提高医疗机构的知名度,获取巨大的社会效益,而且能够通过医疗服务成本的降低而 带来巨大的经济效益。所以,对于远程医疗服务体系来说,它是一种全新的医疗服务 理念模式,能够帮助患者更好的实现医疗服务。 本文查阅了大量的文献资料,还实地考察了当地S医院的医疗体系,对医院内部 医护人员进行了访谈,并基于访谈结果和价值链理论以及成本效益理论构建了远程医 疗领域商业模式框架,并对现有S医院的经营模式开展分析,并找出优势和劣势,然 后针对医院当前的不足之处,提出有效建议,以便为远程医疗商业模式的发展提供一 定的数据支持。正是通过分析S医院当前存在的医疗价值链,才能够合理设计出符合 S医院的远程医疗诊断系统,从而更好的为患者提供优质的医疗服务。本文通过分析 S医院的远程医疗业务流程,设计出了远程医疗诊断平台来实现网络医疗服务,从而 真正意义上的帮助医院实现分级诊断管理,让患者能够就近实现专家问诊,实现医院 医疗资源的合理利用。 关键词: 远程医疗;远程诊断;成本效益理论;运营模式 III ABSTRACT With the acceleration of the trend of aging in China and the increase of sub-health and chronic diseases, the traditional medical service model is facing new challenges. Telemedicine service, with an innovative medical service model, has played an important role in alleviating the lack of medical service capacity, balancing the uneven distribution of medical service resources, improving the overall level of medical service and so on. The innovation of telemedicine service mode carries the new ideas, new ideas and new technologies of medical service, and can form the consistency of time and space across the limitations of space, and better gather medical service resources. Telemedicine service can not only improve the popularity of medical institutions and obtain huge social benefits, but also bring huge economic benefits through the reduction of medical service costs. Therefore, telemedicine service is gradually becoming a new medical service model which is generally accepted by doctors, patients and their families. In the face of these problems, this paper takes S Hospital as the research object, and visits the relevant departments and personnel on the basis of the relevant literature. This paper analyzes the implementation environment of the business model in the field of telemedicine by using the value chain theory and cost-benefit theory tools, so as to establish the elements of the operation model framework. Finally, the core principles that should be followed in the business model in the field of telemedicine are summarized. This paper will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the existing management model of S hospital. Summarize its advantages, point out the shortcomings, and provide a solid basis for the improvement of telemedicine business model. The operation mode of S hospital is taken as the research object. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that "S hospital should establish effective business process and profit model and raise the threshold of competition through the rational planning and allocation of scarce resources in the medical value chain". Through the design and construction of the telemedicine diagnosis platform of S hospital, the business model is improved, and its business is extended to online medical services, such as remote interactive training, remote operation teaching, remote consultation, remote monitoring and so on. Truly and effectively assist medical institutions to achieve hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, so that doctors get professional remote training, so that patients can consult experts nearby. And through the design of planning and allocation methods and related safeguard measures of scarce resources in the medical value chain, so as to establish a series of long-term mechanisms to support this operation model.
