建筑业作为中国的一大产业,在近几年发展的速度已经缓慢,所以要想在建筑业获 得生存并有所发展,需要通过提高企业的核心竞争力,才能实现企业的稳中有进。建筑 行业因为自身的特殊性,材料采购和劳务成本几乎占了项目成本的 90%多,其中材料采 购占 65%左右,因此降低采购成本,提高管理水平,进行科学采购是当下建筑企业提高 竞争力的关键所在。 首先,本文以德康建筑公司为例进行实地调查研究,从公司的采购组织结构,采购 流程、采购效果、外包业务、供应商管理、库房物流管理等方面进行考察分析,找出存 在的问题,用科学的方法优化公司的采购管理。 其次,鉴于德康建筑公司之前在供应商、库存管理、物流管理等方面没有使用科学 的管理方法,本文利用基于供应链采购的相关知识,对公司的流程进行梳理,严格筛选 材料供应商并对其绩效管理,采用 ERP 系统进行信息协同管理,对德康建筑公司的采购 管理进行优化,从而提升公司的竞争力。 最后,为了保证采购管理优化顺利执行,提供了保障性措施。对公司的采购人员进 行培训和绩效考核,提高企业的结构和人员的整体水平。 关键词:供应链 ;德康建筑 ;采购管理II Abstract As a major industry in China, the development of has been slow in recent years. Therefore, in order to survive and achieve steady progress in the construction industry, we need to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Because of the particularity of the construction industry, the cost of material procurement and labor almost accounts for more than 90% of the project cost, of which material procurement accounts for about 65%. So reducing the procurement cost, improving the management level, and conducting scientific procurement are the key to improve the competitiveness of the construction enterprises. Firstly, dissertation takes De Kang construction company as an example to investigate, research and analyze the problems existing in the company's procurement organization structure, procurement process, procurement effect, outsourcing business, supplier management, warehouse logistics management, finds out the existing problems, and optimizes the company's procurement management with scientific methods. Secondly, in view of the lack of scientific management methods on supplier and inventory logistics management before, dissertation uses the relevant knowledge based on supply chain procurement to sort out the company's processes, strictly select material suppliers and manage their performance, use ERP system for information collaborative management, and optimize the procurement management of the company so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company. Finally, dissertation provides the safeguard measures in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the procurement optimization management, and carries out training and performance evaluation on the purchasing personnel of the company to improve the structure of the enterprise and the overall level of the personnel.
