I 摘要 在企业化改革的大环境下,昆明市妇幼保健院也在向着企业单位的方向转 型。昆明市妇幼保健院与通策医疗投资股份有限公司在9年前开始合作,于2011 年11月5日签订《昆明市妇幼保健院与通策医疗股份有限公司关于建设生殖中 心合作协议》,共同出资设立昆明市妇幼保健生殖医学医院有限公司,同年通策 医疗投资有限公司对昆明市妇幼保健院投资3亿元进行分院的建设。在昆明市妇 幼保健院在向企业转型这一过程中,如何加强市场收益和提升医疗资源的良性循 环,是企业化改革的关键,也是医院可持续发展的重点。 本文以昆明市妇幼保健院作为研究对象,首先介绍了国内妇幼保健和“互联 网+”医疗的概念和作用。然后对国外妇幼保健发展现状和国外“互联网+”医疗 发展现状进行了分析。通过国外妇幼保健可看出:1、开展新的“互联网+”医疗 模式,使医疗资源能够发挥更大效能,适应市场的扩大;2、扩大云端系统覆盖 面,补充完善基层妇幼保健服务未能涵盖的部分;3、与其他产业进行网络连接, 扩大产业业务范围。通过国外“互联网+”医疗可看出:1、应用“互联网+”对 于复杂繁琐的诊疗流程进行简化和整合,可以节省很多医疗行业不必要的人力成 本。2、利用“互联网+”在时间和空间上的便利,可以节省大量的物质成本和时 间成本。3、通过“互联网+”医疗与其他产业进行非产权战略联盟,可以节省开 展新业务的技术成本。再采用SWOT分析法分析昆明市妇幼保健院优势、劣势、 机遇和挑战,通过SWOT分析发现传统的医疗模式下,昆明市妇幼保健院的局限 性日渐凸显,无法满足妇幼群体保健市场的迅速增长,通过“互联网+”平台可 以加强市场收益和医疗资源提升的良性循环。最后,基于业务流程再造理论和非 产权战略联盟,提出“互联网+”背景下妇幼保健机构发展的对策建议。通过业 务流程重组和非产权战略联盟,改善就诊模式,扩展业务,加强营销和宣传,提 高市场收益,促进市场收益和医疗资源提升的良性循环,使医院在企业化改革的 道路上可持续发展。 关键词:“互联网+”医疗;妇幼保健;SWOT分析;业务流程再造 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Under the environment of enterprise-oriented reform, Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital is also transforming into an enterprise unit. Started cooperation in nine years ago, which was signed on November 5, 2011, in Kunming, the maternal and child health care and medical treatment of topchoice group co., LTD. About the construction of the reproductive center cooperation agreement, a joint venture set up in Kunming hospital maternal and child health care of reproductive medicine co., LTD., the same year topchoice group medical investment co., LTD. Kunming maternity and child care to invest 300 million yuan for the construction of the sorting. In the process of transforming Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital into an enterprise, how to strengthen the virtuous circle of market income and improve medical resources is the key to the enterprise reform and the key to the sustainable development of the hospital. This thesis takes Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the research object, firstly the author introduces the concept and function of domestic maternal and child health care and "Internet +" medical treatment. Then the author analyzes the development status of foreign maternal and child health care and "Internet +" medical development. Through foreign maternal and child health care, we can see: 1. Carry out the new "Internet +" medical mode, so that medical resources can play a greater role and adapt to the expansion of the market; 2. Using the convenience of "Internet +" in time and space, it saves a lot of material cost and time cost;3. Network connection with other industries so as to expand the business scope of the industry. Through the "Internet +" medical treatment abroad, we can see that: 1. The application of "Internet +" simplifies and integrates the complicated and cumbersome diagnosis and treatment process, which saves a lot of unnecessary labor costs in the medical industry.2. Using the convenience of "Internet +" in time and space, it saves a ABSTRACT III lot of material cost and time cost.3. The non-property strategic alliance with other industries through "Internet +" medical treatment greatly saves the technical cost of developing new businesses. Then SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Through SWOT analysis, it is found that under the traditional medical model, the limitations of Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital are increasingly prominent, which can not meet the rapid growth of the health care market for women and children. The "Internet +" platform can strengthen the virtuous circle of market income and medical resources improvement. Finally, based on the business process reengineering theory and non-property rights strategic alliance, countermeasures and suggestions for the development of maternal and child health institutions under the background of "Internet +" are put forward. Through business process reorganization and non-property rights strategic alliance, improve medical treatment mode, expand business, strengthen marketing and publicity, increase market revenue, promote a virtuous cycle of market revenue and medical resources promotion, so that hospitals can achieve sustainable development on the road of enterprise-oriented reform.
