当前,以中小企业为主体的产业集群已经成为支撑浙江区域经济发展的重要 组织形态,且正处于转型升级、新旧动能转换的关键时期。智能制造作为中国制 造2025的主攻方向不断发展成熟,已成为制造企业在新时期实现转型发展的重 要战略选择。但是,产业集群内的中小企业应用智能制造却面临着相当的困难, 与大型企业应用智能制造又有很大的差异性,相关的研究也比较缺乏。因此,对 浙江产业集群内中小企业应用智能制造问题的研究,具有重要的理论意义及实践 价值。本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究: 首先,回顾了国内外有关智能制造和技术扩散理论的研究状况,阐述了智能 制造的内涵及其对企业的影响、产业集群内技术扩散的影响因素、机制和主要的 扩散模式,作为本文的理论支撑。 其次,利用扎根理论对浙江省4个产业集群20家中小企业的调研资料进行 编码,得到了对产业集群内智能制造技术扩散产生影响的8个主范畴,分别是技 术应用障碍、引进收益、金融与中介机构参与、政府扶持政策、智能制造技术发 展水平、企业家特征、信息传播和市场竞争,并分析了各个因素对产业集群内智 能制造技术扩散的影响机制。 再次,通过模型建立和计算机仿真将关键因素对智能制造技术扩散的影响作 用进行了分析。扩散中介和政府扶持政策对扩散影响程度最大,当扩散中介和政 府扶持政策都对中小企业智能化改造的支持力度都较高时,产业集群内智能制造 技术扩散才会发生。信息传播会促进智能制造技术扩散,对扩散的速度和深度都 有正向影响。市场竞争在一定范围内增大会促进集群内智能制造技术扩散,但是 当竞争压力足够大时,竞争压力增加不会促进智能制造技术扩散。智能制造技术 发展也会对扩散行为产生影响,但更多的是提高中小企业智能化改造的效率,加 快扩散的速度。此外,通过新昌轴承产业集群内智能制造技术扩散的实证分析, 发现真实数据与仿真数据拟合度很高,模型取得了较好的仿真效果。 最后,根据研究结果提出了加快推动产业集群内智能制造技术扩散的政策建 议,并提出了研究的不足和展望。 关键词:产业集群,中小企业,智能制造,技术扩散,扎根理论,元胞自动机 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT At present, the industrial clusters, with small and medium-sized enterprises accounting for an absolute number, has become an important organization form to support the development of regional economy in Zhejiang, and it is in a critical period of industrial transformation upgrading and the transformation of new and old driving forces. Intelligent manufacturing, as the main direction of made in China 2025, has been developing maturely and has become an important strategic choice for manufacturing enterprise to achieve transformation and development in the new era. However, Small and medium-sized enterprises in the cluster are facing considerable difficulties in applying intelligent manufacturing, which is quite different from the application of Intelligent Manufacturing in large-scale enterprises, and there is a lack of relevant research. Therefore, the research on the application of Intelligent Manufacturing in small and medium-sized enterprises in this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value. This paper mainly studies from the following aspects: First of all, this paper reviews the research status of intelligent manufacturing and technology diffusion theory at home and abroad, expounds the connotation of intelligent manufacturing and its influence on enterprises, the influencing factors of technology diffusion and the main diffusion mode, as the theoretical support of this paper. Secondly, based on the grounded theory, the research data of 20 small and medium-sized enterprises in four regions of Zhejiang Province are coded, and eight main categories are obtained, which are technology application barriers, income introduction, participation of financial and intermediary institutions, government support policies, development level of intelligent manufacturing technology, characteristics of enterprises, Information dissemination and market competition, and the influence of various factors on the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in enterprises is analyzed. Thirdly, through model building and computer simulation, the influence of key factors on the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology is analyzed. Diffusion intermediaries and government support policies have the greatest impact on the diffusion. When both the diffusion intermediaries and government support policies have high support for the intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 III enterprises, the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology in the industrial cluster will occur. Information dissemination will promote the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology, which has a positive impact on the speed and depth of diffusion. The increase of market competition in a certain range will promote the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology in the cluster, and when the competition pressure is large enough, the increase of competition pressure will not promote the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology. The development of intelligent manufacturing technology will also have an impact on the diffusion behavior, but it is more to improve the efficiency of intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and speed up the diffusion. In addition, through the empirical analysis of the spread of intelligent manufacturing technology in Xinchang bearing industry cluster, it is found that the real data and simulation data have a high degree of fit, and the model has achieved good simulation results. Finally, according to the research results, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to accelerate the diffusion of intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial clusters, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
