资源型企业是支撑国民经济命脉的主导企业,却一直存在着技术创新能力薄弱、 研发投入和科技成果产出少等问题。尤其在面对目前市场的变化多端,技术的更新 迭代、产品的快速替换,客户的需求差异,这些问题尤为突出,对于资源型企业的 冲击力更大。所以资源型企业需要寻找和培育新的能力维护企业的成长与发展,构 建新的能力组合和结构为企业带来效益和优势,来更好的适应环境的不确定性,即 这种能力是动态能力。因而探讨动态能力、环境不确定性与资源型企业绩效的关系, 对于资源型企业提升绩效实现持续竞争优势十分有必要。 首先本文基于国内外学者的研究,将动态能力分为了三个维度,资源整合能力, 吸收能力,创新能力。将环境不确定性分为了环境动态性和环境竞争性两个维度。 运用了145家资源型企业2014至2018连续五年的平衡面板数据进行实证分析,研 究结果显示,(1)动态能力与资源型企业绩效是显著的正向作用;(2)环境不确定 性显著的正向调节动态能力与资源型企业绩效的关系。结论表明了动态能力是资源 型企业绩效的重要因素,培育和发展动态能力可以提高企业绩效,此外环境的不确 定性越高,动态能力发挥的作用越大,越可以识别、利用、整合、构建资源与能力, 从而进行吸收、消化、容纳、运用成自己拥有的资源与能力,进而创新出新产品和 新技术。显而易见,动态能力是通过资源整合能力、吸收能力、创新能力的互相作 用得到提升,说明动态能力各个维度的能力不是独立的存在,而是相互关联的。最 后基于本文的分析结果,从企业自身和政府两个角度来为资源型企业未来的发展提 出一些参考性建议。(1)资源型企业面对不确定性的环境时,要投入更多的研发机 II 构以及吸引更多的研发高技术人才,促进与高校、研发机构的合作,进而促成更多 的科技成果以及新产品产出;(2)政府给与适当的扶持与帮助,交由市场决定企业 的存亡。 关键词:动态能力;环境不确定性;企业绩效;资源型企业 III RESEARCHONDYNAMICCAPABILITYAND PERFORMANCEOFRESOURCE-BASEDENTERPRISES ——BASEDONTHEPERSPECTIVEOF ENVIRONMENTALUNCERTAINTY ABSTRACT Resource-basedenterprisesaretheleadingenterprisessupportingthelifebloodof thenationaleconomy,buttheyhavealwayshadproblemssuchasweaktechnological innovationcapabilities,lowR&Dinvestment,andlowoutputofscientificand technologicalachievements.Especiallyinthefaceofthecurrentmarketchanges, iterativetechnologyupdates,rapidproductreplacement,customerdemanddifferences, theseproblemsareparticularlyprominent,andtheimpactonresource-basedenterprises isgreater.Therefore,resource-basedenterprisesneedtofindandcultivatenew capabilitiestomaintainthegrowthanddevelopmentoftheenterprise,buildnew capabilitycombinationsandstructurestobringbenefitsandadvantagestotheenterprise, andbetteradapttotheuncertaintyoftheenvironment,thatis,thiscapabilityisdynamic capability.Therefore,exploringtherelationshipbetweendynamiccapabilities, environmentaluncertaintyandtheperformanceofresource-basedenterprisesis necessaryforresource-basedenterprisestoimproveperformanceandachieve sustainablecompetitiveadvantage. Firstly,basedontheresearchofdomesticandforeignscholars,thispaperdivides dynamiccapabilitiesintothreedimensions,resourceintegrationcapabilities,absorption capabilities,andinnovationcapabilities.Environmentaluncertaintyisdividedintotwo dimensions:environmentaldynamicsandenvironmentalcompetitiveness.Empirical analysiswasperformedusingbalancedpaneldatafrom145resource-basedcompanies IV forfiveconsecutiveyearsfrom2014to2018.Theresearchresultsshowthat(1) dynamiccapabilitiesandperformanceofresource-basedcompaniesaresignificant positiveeffects;(2)Environmentaluncertaintycansignificantlypositivelyregulatethe relationshipbetweendynamiccapabilitiesandresource-basedenterpriseperformance. Theconclusionshowsthatdynamiccapabilityisanimportantfactorfortheperformance ofresource-basedenterprises.Cultivatinganddevelopingdynamiccapabilitiescan improvecorporateperformance.Inaddition,thehighertheenvironmentaluncertainty, thegreatertheroleofdynamiccapabilities,andthemoretheycanbeidentified,utilized, integrated,andconstructedResourcesandcapabilities,soastoabsorb,digest,contain, anduseintotheirownresourcesandcapabilities,andtheninnovatenewproductsand technologies.Obviously,dynamiccapabilitiesarepromotedthroughtheinteractionof resourceintegrationcapabilities,absorptivecapabilities,andinnovationcapabilities, indicatingthatthecapabilitiesofeachdimensionofdynamiccapabilitiesdonotexist independentlybutareinterrelated.Finally,basedontheanalysisresultsofthisarticle, somereferencesuggestionsforthefuturedevelopmentofresource-basedenterprisesare proposedfromtheperspectiveoftheenterpriseitselfandthegovernment.(1)When facedwithanuncertainenvironment,resource-basedenterprisesmustinvestinmore R&DinstitutionsandattractmoreR&Dhigh-techtalents,promotecooperationwith universitiesandR&Dinstitutions,andthenpromotemorescientificandtechnological achievementsandnewProductoutput;(2)Thegovernmentprovidesappropriatesupport andassistance,andthemarketdeterminesthesurvivaloftheenterprise.
