商业模式对企业的发展尤为关键,成熟、稳定的商业模式是企业维持内部稳定和市 场核心竞争力的重要影响因素之一。面对快速变化的商业环境和激烈的市场竞争,现代 企业必须不断地优化商业模式,保证自身持续发展的动力以抵御市场风险。商业模式的 成功与否成为企业能否持续发展的关键。同时,因为面临残酷的市场竞争,企业需要根 据市场竞争的变化来调整自身的发展方向。企业内部的商业模式也需要根据企业成长的 相关要素结构的变化做出相应的调整,以确保其内容和形式与企业的实际发展状况相适 应,才能有效解决企业发展过程中出现的生存问题和发展问题,提高企业自身的经济效 益。 本文为AS工程检测公司为例,从行业现状、市场竞争的角度出发,从客户细分、 渠道通路、收入来源和重要合作四个角度分析商业模式对企业内外部环境的影响,阐述 现阶段工程检测企业中存在的主要问题,剖析其形成原因,进而以创新九要素理论等创 新理论为框架,提出建立多边平台式商业模式、内部推行事业合伙人制度、建立“工程 检测业CRM系统”、互联网创新营销模式等方面的具体创新措施,探索利用互联网平台 对企业进行的商业模式创新对提升企业市场竞争力、优化企业运营管理、提高企业效益 的积极作用以及对该行业内相关企业所带来的积极影响和潜在价值。 关键词:商业模式创新工程检测互联网 II RESEARCHONBUSINESSMODELINNOVATIONOFENGINEERING INSPECTIONENTERPRISEBASEDONTHEINTERNETCOGITATION ——ACASESTUDYOFASCOMPANY ABSTRACT Businessmodelisparticularlycriticaltothedevelopmentofenterprises,thematureand stablebusinessmodelisoneoftheimportantfactorstomaintaintheinternalstabilityandthe corecompetitivenessofthemarket.Beconfrontedwiththerapidlychangingbusiness environmentandintensemarketcompetition,themodernenterpriseshavetocontinuously optimizetheirbusinessmodels,ensuringthemotivationofitsownsustainabledevelopment abletoresistmarketrisks.Thesuccessfulbusinessmodelbecomesthekeytothesustainable developmentofanenterprise.Inthemeanwhile,theenterprisesneedtoadjusttheir developmentdirectionaccordingtothechangesinmarketcompetitionbecauseofthecruel marketcompetition.Toensurethecontentandtheformofinternalbusinessmodelofthe enterprisearecompatiblewiththeactualdevelopment,theenterprisealsoneedstobeadjusted accordingtothechangesinthestructureoftherelevantelementsoftheenterprise'sgrowth,so astoeffectivelysolvethesurvivalandthedevelopmentproblemsthatappearintheprocessof enterprisedevelopment.
