随着国家供给侧结构性改革的提出，作为国民经济的重要组成部分，银行业在国 家供给侧结构性改革的推进过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用，同时“三去、一降、一补” 的执行也对银行业整体信贷结构形成较为深远的影响，其信贷资产质量也不可避免的 受到冲击，但供给侧结构性改革给银行业信贷结构带来的并非只有威胁及挑战，其主 要经济结构调整方向和重点发展领域同样也为银行业在后续的信贷结构调整及投向 指明了方向。为此，本文在深刻研究前人在供给侧结构性改革背景下银行业如何优化 信贷结构的理论及应用研究的基础上，以河北省Z银行为研究案例主体，通过采用案 例分析的方法对其信贷结构进行了深入分析和研究，总结出了一些现有信贷结构所面 临的问题，并提了如何优化信贷结构的策略，为河北省Z银行在供给侧结构性改革背 景下信贷结构的优化和可持续发展奠定基础，同时也为其他银行业在信贷结构优化方 面提供有效借鉴。 论文采用案例研究中“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的逻辑思路进行展 开论述。首先，在文中绪论部分介绍本篇论文的概况，包括论文的选题背景，论文的 研究内容，论文研究的目的和意思，论文的研究思路、方法与论文结构；其次，对国 内外学者关于供给侧结构性改革、信贷结构与经济发展，以及相关同业优化策略进行 了详细阐述，以此为论文的依据；然后，对河北省区域经济和金融环境、河北省Z银 行概况、现有信贷结构等进行了客观性描述，并采用SWOT等分析方法，进行一系列 的分析，并得出策略制定初始方案；接着，在分析结论的基础上，有针对性地提出一 些改进对策；最后，在论文的结论部分中，总结了研究结论，及对其他银行如何优化 信贷结构的启示。 关键词：供给侧结构性改革；银行；信贷结构；SWOT分析；案例研究 III Abstract With the introduction of the national supply-side structural reform, as an important part of the national economy, the banking play an important role in the advancement of the national supply-side structural reform. At the same time, the implementation of " three moves, one drop and one supplement" also has a far-reaching impact on the overall credit structure of the banking industry, and the quality of its credit assets will inevitably be impacted. However, the structural reform on the supply-side will not only pose threats and challenges to the credit structure of the banking industry, but its main economic structural adjustment direction and key development areas will also point out the direction for the banking industry's subsequent credit structure adjustment and orientation. Therefore, on the basis of deeply studying the previous theories and applied research on how banks optimize credit structure under the background of structural reform on the supply side, this paper takes Hebei Z Bank as the main body of the case study, analyzes and studies its credit structure in depth by adopting the method of case analysis, summarizes some problems faced by the existing credit structure, and proposes strategies on how to optimize the credit structure, laying a foundation for the optimization and sustainable development of the credit structure of Hebei Z Bank under the background of structural reform on the supply side, and also providing effective references for other banks in optimizing credit structure. In this paper, the logical thinking of "putting forward problems - analyzing problems - solving problems" in case studies is used to carry out the discussion. Firstly, the introduction part introduces the general situation of this paper, including the background of the paper, the research content, the purpose and meaning of the paper, the research ideas, methods and structure of the paper; secondly, the domestic and foreign scholars on the supply-side structural reform, credit structure and economic development, and related. Then, it objectively describes the regional economic and financial environment of Hebei Province, the general situation of Z Bank of Hebei Province, the existing credit structure, and carries out a series of analysis using SWOT and other analysis methods, and draws up the initial plan of the strategy. Finally, in the conclusion part of the paper, the conclusions of the study are summarized, and the enlightenment to other banks on how to optimize the credit structure is given.
