伴随科技的进步，中国经济发生巨大转变，建筑业为我国国民经济的发展做出巨大 贡献，并持续为经济增速加大贡献力量。但近年来中国建筑行业的发展却不尽如人意， 逐渐步入低迷，同业竞争愈发激烈，建筑企业在经营过程中面临一连串的难题，现阶段 如何解决危机、谋求发展，成为建筑企业的迫切需求。本文选取中国建筑企业综合实力 百强中的SJW建筑企业为研究对象，研究其经营绩效的变化情况。通过全面评价SJW 建筑企业经营绩效，有助于从总体把握该建筑企业经营现状，希望以此探索更为适宜的 方法疏导发展阻碍，使该建筑企业又好又快的健康发展，继续为我国的经济发展添砖加 瓦。 论文首先回顾了国内外建筑企业经营绩效的研究现状；根据SJW建筑企业的实际 状况和建筑企业经营绩效评价的基础理论，深入探究建筑企业经营绩效评价理论和指标 体系；参考相关文献的研究结果，建立了一套适用于该建筑企业经营绩效的评价指标体 系，并利用AHP层次分析法与FCE模糊综合评价法，先明确了SJW建筑企业经营绩效 评价指标体系各指标的权重，并利用模糊矩阵，得出SJW公司在经济效益、运营效益、 发展效益、偿债效益以及环境效益等五个维度经营绩效的具体分值，发现SJW建筑企 业的经营绩效结果显示一般水平。根据实证分析的具体结果，论文从增强项目管理视角、 推进建筑工业化、进行专业化发展等方面提出了相应的提升该企业经营绩效水平的对策 建议，以期在促进SJW建筑企业发展的基础上，进一步为我国建筑行业的发展提供参 考，为行业中其他建筑企业提供相关经验借鉴。 关键词：建筑企业；经营绩效；评价体系；模糊矩阵 研究类型：专题研究 Subject：ResearchonthePerformanceEvaluationSystemofSJW Company Specialty：MasterofBusinessAdministration Name：SongZhenTao（Signature）） Instructor：LiPengLin（Signature）） ABSTRACT Withtheprogressofscienceandtechnology,China'seconomyhasundergone tremendouschanges.Theconstructionindustryhasmadegreatcontributionstothe developmentofChina'snationaleconomy,andcontinuestoincreaseitscontributionto economicgrowth.However,inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofChina'sconstructionindustry isnotsatisfactory.Ithasgraduallyenteredadownturn,withincreasinglyfiercecompetitionin theindustry.Constructionenterprisesarefacingaseriesofproblemsintheoperationprocess.
