我国小微企业对提高国民收入、解决就业、民生改善等方面发挥重要作用。而商 业银行通过发展小微信贷业务,可以实现客户多元化,有效分散风险,促进商业银行 尤其是中小商业银行向零售型银行转型。本文选择农业银行SNS支行为研究对象,对 小微企业信贷业务面临的问题及其成因展开研究,并针对如何发展小微企业信贷业务 提出相应的建议。研究旨在进一步提升SNS支行的竞争优势,加快其小微企业信贷业 务发展,同时,也为其它商业银行推进小微企业信贷业务发展提供借鉴。 研究内容包含七个部分。第一章引言。介绍研究背景及意义、国内外研究综述、 研究内容及方法。第二章相关概念和理论基矗梳理本研究所涉及的相关概念和基础 理论,总结小微企业信贷业务的特点,分析小微企业信贷业务市常第三章农业银行 SNS支行小微企业贷款业务现状。分析青岛银行业小微企业信贷业务基本情况,农业 银行SNS支行小微信贷业务现状。第四章农业银行SNS支行小微企业贷款业务面临的 问题。包括产品与需求不匹配、服务效率低、对客户服务的协同效应不足等方面。第 五章,同业小微企业信贷业务发展经验与借鉴。总结同业小微企业信贷业务发展经验, 分析其对SNS支行的启示与借鉴。第六章农业银行SNS支行小微企业信贷业务发展对 策。涵盖配套小微企业信贷服务体系、匹配多样化需求、提升服务效率、提升协同效 应以及农业银行SNS支行小微企业信贷业务发展的保障措施,包括制度保障、组织保 障和技术保障。最后是结论。 研究认为:第一,金融开放不断扩大,多层次、跨业态的竞争使小微企业信贷业 务市场竞争更加激烈。第二,SNS支行现有小微企业信贷业务面临产品与现实需求不 匹配、服务效率低、对客户服务的协同效应不足等问题。第三,在经济新常态背景下, 小微企业的金融需求逐步向个性化、多元化的方向发展,SNS支行给小微企业提供的 单一的信贷产品已经难以满足他们的需求。第四,SNS支行小微企业信贷业务的管理 体系具有突出的行政特征,相关流程过于繁杂,服务效率受到严重影响。从银行的角 度来看,开展小微信企业信贷业务是商业银行优化自身发展结构,提升盈利水平的必 由之路。为解决发展小微企业信贷业务面临的诸多问题,建议农业银行SNS支行应该 突出互联网思维,善于利用大数据,通过提升服务效率、提升协同效应、配套服务体 系以满足小微企业多样化信贷需求,保障SNS支行小微企业信贷业务在更好为客户服 务基础上实现长久发展。 关键词:小微企业;信贷业务;发展策略;农业银行SNS支行 ResearchontheDevelopmentStrategyofCreditBusinessofSmalland MicroEnterprisesinAgriculturalBankSNSSub-branch Abstract SmallandmicroenterprisesinChinaplayanimportantroleinraisingnationalincome, solvingemployment,andimprovingpeople'slivelihood.Bydevelopingsmallandmicro creditbusinesses,commercialbankscandiversifycustomers,effectivelydiversifyrisks,and promotethetransformationofcommercialbanks,especiallysmallandmedium-sized commercialbanks,intoretailbanks.FromthestandpointofSMEs,lackoffundsandpoor financingchannelshavebecomeoneofthemajorproblemsfacingthedevelopmentofsmall andmicroenterprises.Ontheonehand,duetothelackofstandardizedfinancial management,itssmallscale,shortdevelopmenttime,andthelowauthenticityofsome financialindicators,itisdifficultforsmallandmicroenterprisestoobtaincreditfrombanks. Ontheotherhand,financialinstitutionssuchasbanksarereluctanttolendtosmalland microenterprisesduetocost,benefit,andriskconsiderations.Basedonthis,howtoprovide betterfinancialservicestosmallandmicroenterprisesonthebasisoftheirowninterest growthisnotaffectedhasbecometheprimaryissuefacingcommercialbanks. BasedontheresearchobjectofSNSbranchbehaviorofAgriculturalBankofChina,this paperconductsresearchonthecreditproblemofsmallandmicroenterprisesinsevenparts. ChapterOneIntroduction.Introducetheresearchbackgroundandsignificance,domesticand foreignresearchreview,researchcontentandmethods.Thesecondchapteristhecore conceptandtheoreticalbasis.Sortoutthecoreconceptsandrelatedbasictheoriesinvolved inthisresearch,summarizethecharacteristicsofsmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusiness, andanalyzethesmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusinessmarket.Thethirdchapteristhe statusofsmallandmicroenterpriseloanbusinessofAgriculturalBankSNSbranch.Explain thebasicsituationofsmallandmicroenterprisesinQingdao,analyzethebasicsituationof smallandmicrocreditbusinessinQingdaobankingindustry,comparethesmallandmicro creditbusinessofQingdaoAgriculturalBank,andthecurrentstatusofsmallandmicro creditbusinessofAgriculturalBankSNSsub-branch.Thefourthchapteristheproblems facedbythesmallandmicroenterpriseloanbusinessofAgriculturalBankSNSbranch. Theseincludeaspectssuchasproductmismatchwithdemand,lowserviceefficiency,and insufficientsynergywithcustomerservice.ChapterV,theexperienceandreferenceofthe creditbusinessdevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterprisesinthesameindustry.Summarize theexperienceofthecreditbusinessdevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterprisesinthesame industry,andanalyzeitsenlightenmentandreferenceforSNSbranches.Thesixthchapteris thecountermeasuresofsmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusinessdevelopmentof AgriculturalBankSNSsub-branch.Coveringsupportingsmallenterprisecreditservice systems,matchingdiversifiedneeds,improvingserviceefficiency,enhancingsynergies,and theguaranteemeasuresforthedevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusinessof AgriculturalBankSNSsub-branch,includingsystemguarantee,organizationalguarantee andtechnicalguarantee.Finally,theconclusion. Thestudybelieves:First,therapiddevelopmentoffinancialtechnologyhascausedprofound changesintheoperatingmethodsofsmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusinesses.Financial openinguphascontinuedtoexpand,andmulti-level,cross-sectorcompetitionhasmadethe competitionforsmallandmicroenterprisecreditbusinessmarketsmoreintense.Second, constrainedbythemulti-levelmanagementapproach,SNSsub-branchesfacedserious informationasymmetryproblems,whichledtoasignificantincreaseinagencycosts,andthe developmentofsmallandmicroenterprises’creditbusinesswasalsoseverelyandadversely affected.Thecreditbusinessdevelopmentmodelisdifficulttoadapttotherequirementsof thenewsituation.Itismainlyreflectedinthreeaspects:mismatchbetweenproductsand actualneeds,lowserviceefficiency,andinsufficientsynergyeffectoncustomerservice.As aresult,itisdifficultforsmallandmicroenterprisestomeetthenewdemandforfinancing undertheneweconomicnormal.Third,undertheinfluenceofthenewnormalofthe economy,thefinancialneedsofsmallandmicroenterpriseshavegraduallydeveloped towardthedirectionofpersonalizationanddiversification.Affectedbythis,theunified creditproductsprovidedbytheSNSsub-branchtosmallandmicroenterpriseshavebeen unabletomeettheirneeds.Fourth,thecreditbusinessofsmallandmicroenterprisesinSNS sub-branchesisseriouslycomplicatedbyitsrelatedprocesses,whichhasseriouslyaffected itsserviceefficiency.ThemanagementsystemofSNSsub-branchsmallandmicro enterprisecreditbusinesshasoutstandingadministrativecharacteristics,andalwaysadheres totheproductastheguidingdirection,whichseriouslyrestrictsthecoordinationeffectof customerservice.SNSsub-branchesshouldhighlightInternetthinking,begoodatusingbig data,andmeetthediversifiedcreditneedsofSMEsbyimprovingserviceefficiency, synergies,andsupportingservicesystemstoensurethatSNSsub-branch'ssmallandmicro businessescanachievelong-termdevelopmentbasedonbettercustomerservice.
