I 摘要 近年来,随着我国经济的发展和人们收入水平的提高,快递业正日益成为我国第 三产业中的支柱性行业,成为了我国经济增长的新亮点,对国民经济的发展起着重 要的推动作用。国家相关部门统计数据可以看出,2007至2016年,快递业务年化复 合增长超过40个点。业务规模从2007年的10亿件增长到2016年的207.8亿件, 增长18倍多。2020年,全国快递服务企业累计完成8000多亿元的业务收入,同比 增长20%以上,整体行业呈现出高速发展的态势。 本文以YD快递公司为例,根据企业战略管理的基本理论和方法,对该企业的 发展战略问题展开研究。结合YD公司的具体经营状况,从内部管理、人力资源和 财务运营等方面进行了内部环境分析;其次,运用SWOT分析方法,深入分析YD 公司在发展过程中所面临的机会与威胁、优势与劣势进行分析,在此基础上,进行 战略匹配,提出战略备选方案;最后,根据分析结论,制定了YD公司发展规划以 及实施路径,并提出了保证YD公司发展战略顺利实施的保障措施。 关键词:YD快递环境分析发展战略SWOT矩阵 Abstract II Abstract Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofmycountry’seconomyandtheimprovement ofpeople’sincomelevels,theexpressdeliveryindustryisincreasinglybecomingapillar industryinmycountry’stertiaryindustry,anewbrightspotinmycountry’seconomic growth,andanimportantimpetustothedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy.effect. AccordingtostatisticsfromtheStatePostBureau,duringtheperiod2006-2015,my country’sexpressdeliverybusinessvolumegrewatacompoundgrowthrateof40%.The businessvolumeincreasedfrom1billionpiecesin2006to20.88billionpiecesin2015,an increaseofnearly19times,andwasthefirstin2014.Thedegreeexceedsthatofthe UnitedStates,andthescalecontinuestoremaintheworld'slargest.In2020,thetotal businessincomeofexpressservicecompaniesacrossthecountrywilltotalmorethan800 billionyuan,ayear-on-yearincreaseofmorethan20%.Theoverallindustryisshowinga trendofrapiddevelopment. ThisarticletakesYDexpresscompanyasanexample,accordingtothebasictheories andmethodsofenterprisestrategicmanagement,researchesonthedevelopmentstrategy oftheenterprise.Firstly,itanalyzesthestrategicexternalandinternalenvironmentofYD company,mainlyanalyzingthemacroenvironmentfrompolitics,economy,law,culture, technology,etc.,andanalyzingtheindustryenvironmentfromthecompetitionstatusof theexpressindustryandcompetitorsbinedwiththespecificoperatingconditionsof YDcompany,theinternalenvironmentanalysiswascarriedoutfromtheaspectsof internalmanagement,humanresourcesandfinancialoperations;secondly,theSWOT analysismethodwasusedtodeeplyanalyzetheopportunitiesandthreats,advantagesand disadvantagesfacedbyYDcompanyinthedevelopmentprocessBasedontheanalysis, strategicmatchingwascarriedout,andstrategicalternativeswereproposed;finally, accordingtotheanalysisconclusions,thedevelopmentstrategicgoalsandspecific strategiesofYDcompanyweredetermined,andsafeguardmeasurestoensurethesmooth implementationofYDcompany’sdevelopmentstrategywereputforward.
