市场经济促使传统的企业层面为主体的竞争模式向以供应链为 主体的竞争模式转变,供应链中核心企业对上下游环节的重要性凸 显,供应链上下游企业间协同发展有利于提升供应链竞争力,从市场 供应基础中选择、培育、激励合适的供应商对于企业发展至关重要。 传统的竞争环境下对供应商的要求围绕价格、质量及交付三个范畴, 在供应链为主体的竞争模式下,精益供应商提出了灵活响应、参与研 发、供应风险、战略发展等更多的管控要求,对于精益供应商的选择 及评价变得更加复杂。 本文研究以贵铝炭素公司为研究对象,运用文献资料研究法、对 比分析法、定性与定量相结合的方法研究了中小型企业推进精益供应 商管理的策略及措施。首先,结合近些年电解铝及炭素市场行情,阐 述了贵铝炭素公司在供应商管理中存在的问题并分析了相关的原因, 分析了推进贵铝炭素公司推进精益供应商管理的可行性与必要性。其 次,构建模糊综合评价模型,对比了精益供应商管理与传统供应商管 理的优势,提出了精益供应商管理的相关影响因素,并以贵铝炭素公 司某供应商为分析对象进行算例分析。再次,从优化供应商管理资源 提升供应商管理效率、加强供应商关系管理与持续改进、推进供应商 布局降低供应风险、监控供应商绩效防范供应商风险及提升供应能力 等方面促进供应商管理。最后,提炼了本文研究的措施、经验及不足 之处,并提出了未来精益供应商管理可能存在的研究方向。 II 关键词:精益管理,供应商选择,供应商管理,模糊综合分析法 III Abstract Marketeconomypromotesthetransformationoftraditional enterprise-levelcompetitionmodeltosupplychain-basedcompetition model.Theimportanceofthecoreenterprisesinthesupplychaintothe upstreamanddownstreamlinksishighlighted.Cooperativedevelopment betweenupstreamanddownstreamenterprisesinthesupplychainis conducivetoenhancingthecompetitivenessofthesupplychain,selecting, cultivatingandstimulatingfromthemarketsupplybase.Theright suppliersareveryimportantforthedevelopmentofenterprises.Under thetraditionalcompetitiveenvironment,thedemandforsupplierscenters onthethreecategoriesofprice,qualityanddelivery.Underthe competitivemodeofsupplychainasthemainbody,leansuppliersput forwardmorecontrolrequirements,suchasflexibleresponse, participationinR&D,supplyrisk,strategicdevelopmentandsoon.The selectionandevaluationofleansuppliersbecomemorecomplex. Inthispaper,westudytheuseofpreciousaluminumandcarbon companiesastheresearchobject,anduseliteraturedataresearchmethod, comparativeanalysismethod,qualitativeandquantitativemethodsto studythestrategiesandmeasuresforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises topromoteleansuppliermanagement.Firstofall,inlightofthemarket conditionsofelectrolyticaluminumandcarboninrecentyears,the IV problemsofpreciousaluminumcarboncompaniesinsupplier managementaredescribedandtherelatedreasonsareanalyzed.The advancementofpreciousaluminumcarboncompaniesinpromotinglean suppliermanagementisanalyzed.Feasibilityandnecessity.Secondly,a fuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmodelwasbuilttocomparethe advantagesofleansuppliersandtraditionalsuppliers,andtherelevant influencingfactorsofleansupplierswereputforward.Aspecificsupplier ofpreciousaluminumcarboncompanywasusedastheanalysisobjectto analyzetheexamples.Thirdly,itpromotessuppliermanagementinterms ofoptimizingsuppliermanagementresources,enhancingsupplier managementefficiency,strengthensupplierrelationshipmanagementand continuousimprovement,advancingsuppliers'layouttoreducesupply risks,monitoringsupplierperformancetopreventsuppliers'risks,and improvingsupplycapacity.Finally,themeasures,experience,and deficienciesofthisarticlearerefined,andthepossibleresearchdirections forfutureleansuppliermanagementareproposed.
