I 中储股份A分公司运储优化研究 摘要 目前河南省物流企业网点已遍布各个市、县甚至村镇。中储智运采用无车承运人电 子信息平台得以迅速发展。在托盘统一规格和共用体系并未形成的前提下,某些厂商内 部实现托盘共享。在搬运工稀缺、人工成本和机械化不断提高的前提下,中储股份A分 公司仍采用搬运工装卸作业。 通过对A分公司的运储现状进行调查分析后发现以下问题,无托盘到货,搬运工装 卸,收发验作业流程简单且易出现错误。针对以上问题提出了一个合理的运储优化措施, 采用托盘到货;采用ECRS分析法对收发验作业流程进行优化,对理货员与叉车驾驶员 进行合并,对理货员发货顺序进行调整,简化仓储软件操作流程,取消搬运工装卸。运 用多点装卸理论分批次将托盘送达各个厂商,通过节约里程法求出最优路径,达到降低 托盘运输成本的目的,通过对托盘的合理设计,达到同时满足公铁联运装载量的目的, 对托盘回收成本的核算为带托发货慕定了基矗通过优化前后的作业效率、成本、两方 面数据对比分析,从而论证了优化后的运储模式具有很好的科学性与现实性。 从结论中分析,采用托盘到货提高了A分公司的卸车效率与机械化程度、降低了搬 运工用量;对收发验作业流程的优化,降低了错误率、提高了装车速度。因此A分公司 的运储优化措施为中储子公司及社会中同类型的企业提供了蓝图。 关键词:带托运输;无车承运人;多点装卸 ABSTRACT II RESEARCHONTRANSPORTATIONOPTIMIZATIONOF CHAINASTORAGECO.,LTD.ABRANCH ABSTRACT Atpresent,logisticsenterprisesinHenanProvincehavespreadalloverthecities, countiesandevenvillagesandtowns.ChinaStorageIntelligencehasdevelopedrapidlyusing thecar-freecarrierelectronicinformationplatform.Underthepremisethattheunified specificationsofthepalletandthesharingsystemhavenotbeenformed,somemanufacturers haveimplementedinternalsharing.Underthepremiseofportershortage,laborcostand mechanization,ChinaStorageGroupABranchstillusesporterloadingandunloading operations. Throughtheinvestigationandanalysisofthecurrentstatusofthestorageandstorageof theAbranch,thefollowingproblemswerefound.Nopalletsarrived,theporterswereloaded andunloaded,andtheprocessofsendingandreceivinginspectionswassimpleandproneto errors.Areasonableoperationandoptimizationmeasurefortheaboveproblemswasproposed, andthepalletwasdelivered.TheECRSanalysismethodisusedtooptimizetheprocessing proceduresofthetransceiver,andthetallyandtheforkliftdriverarecombinedtoadjustthe orderofthetallytosimplifytheoperationprocessofthestoragesoftwareandcancelthe loadingandunloadingoftheporter.Themulti-pointloadingandunloadingtheoryisusedto deliverthepalletstovariousmanufacturersinbatches,andthefinalpathisobtainedbythe methodofsavingmileagetoreducethetransportationcostofthepallets.Thepalletsare rationallydesignedtomeetthepurposeofsimultaneouslyloadingtherails.Theaccountingof therecyclingcostisthebasisforthedeliveryoftheshipment.Throughtheoptimizationof theefficiency,costandcomparativeanalysisofthetwoaspectsbeforeandafteroptimization, thescientificandrealisticnatureoftheoptimizedstoragemodelisdemonstrated.
