在中国经济由高速增幅转向高质量发展阶段的背景下,创新的作用日益凸显, 企业之间的竞争愈发激烈,但是随着科学技术的不断发展和市场需求的日益复杂 化,如果企业仅凭自身的知识、资源在组织内部进行高成本的创新活动,已经很 难适应不断变化的市场需求和企业之间的高度竞争,充分利用外部资源已经成为 企业创新获得成功的关键。但由于处于生命周期不同阶段的企业战略目标、人员 和组织结构、知识需求等都不一样,因此探究生命周期视角下跨界搜寻对创新绩 效的影响有利于企业根据自身所处阶段的具体情况调整搜寻策略以规避风险,为 企业在发展过程中更好的搜寻、利用组织外部知识提供了参考依据。 本文基于生命周期视角,以上市公司为研究对象,通过研究跨界搜寻、知识 转移、关系网络和创新绩效之间的关系,以企业年龄、规模、研发投入作为控制 变量,揭示生命周期视角下上市公司跨界搜寻对创新绩效的作用机制。首先,在 梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,对跨界搜寻、创新绩效、知识转移和关系网络等 变量进行概念界定和维度划分,并基于现金流法对上市企业生命周期进行阶段划 分;其次,结合企业发展理论和传染病模型等相关理论,对跨界搜寻、知识转移、 关系网络和创新绩效之间的作用关系展开研究、提出相关假设,构建本文的理论 模型;接着利用SPSS.25对收集到的二手数据和问卷调查所得数据进行回归分析, 包括生命周期视角下跨界搜寻对创新绩效的影响关系、知识转移的中介作用和关 系网络的调节作用;最后在分析实证结果的基础上,提出生命周期不同阶段提高 企业创新绩效的对策和建议。 关键词:生命周期;跨界搜寻;创新绩效;知识转移;关系网络 ABSTRACT Under the background of China's economy changing from high-speed growth to high-quality development stage, the role of innovation has become increasingly prominent, and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. However, with the continuous development of science and technology and the increasing complexity of market demand, if enterprises only rely on their own knowledge and resources to carry out high-cost innovation activities within the organization, it is difficult to adapt to the changing Market demand and high competition among enterprises, making full use of external resources have become the key to the success of enterprise innovation. However, because the strategic objectives, personnel and organizational structure, and knowledge needs of enterprises in different stages of the life cycle are different, the research on the impact of boundary-spanning search on innovation performance from the perspective of the life cycle is conducive to the adjustment of search strategies according to the specific situation of their own stage to avoid risks, so as to better search and use of external knowledge in the development process of enterprises knowledge provides a reference. Based on the perspective of life cycle, this paper studies the relationship between boundary-spanning search, knowledge transfer, relationship network and innovation performance, and takes age, scale and R & D investment as control variables to reveal the mechanism of boundary-spanning search on innovation performance of listed companies from the perspective of life cycle. Firstly, on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept and dimensions of variables such as boundary-spanning search, innovation performance, knowledge transfer and relationship network, and divides the life cycle of Listed Enterprises Based on the cash flow method; secondly, combined with the relevant theories such as enterprise development theory and infectious disease model, it divides the boundary- spanning search, knowledge transfer, relationship network and innovation Secondly, we use spss.25 to make regression analysis of the collected second-hand data and questionnaire data, including the impact of boundary-spanning search on innovation performance, the intermediary role of knowledge transfer and the regulatory role of relationship network from the perspective of life cycle. Finally, we analyze the empirical results on the basis of this, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of enterprises in different stages of life cycle.
