近年来,全球金融科技投资高涨,在2018年进入了爆发期,金融科技的发展对 国内商业银行而言,是一把双刃剑,机遇和挑战并存,如何抓住机遇,迎接挑战, 跨越障碍,站上更高的平台,需要商业银行经营者将管理从业务经营层面上升一个 战略高度,积极探索科技引领、科技驱动、协作创新发展的新路径,A银行成立于 1954年,是中国六大国有银行之一,在金融科技不断冲击传统银行市场的背景下, A银行面临的挑战逐渐加大,本文采取个案分析的方法,以A银行为例,对 A银行 金融科技战略的确定与实施的路径进行研究。这不仅对A银行的后续发展具有积极 的现实意义,而且对国内其它商业银行有一定的借鉴意义。 本文试图对A银行金融科技战略进行研究,首先通过PEST分析等方法对A银 行面临的外部宏观环境、行业发展现状和竞争环境进行分析;再对A银行资源、能 力等内部环境进行分析,在内外部环境分析的基础上,通过SWOT分析方法,指出A 银行应该采取增长型(SO)战略,应将金融科技提升至公司战略层面。本研究基于 担当作为、始自客户、科技创新和融通赋能的基本原则,提出A银行金融科技战略 的总体目标是构建金融与非金融服务交汇融合的生态场景;搭建线上线下无感无界 互联的全网立体渠道。提出A银行金融科技战略实施的策略主要包括以下五个方面: 一是提升核心技术水平,主要包含构建和完善A银行公有云平台、构建开放银行服 务平台这两个实施途径;二是完善数据治理体系,主要包含加快数据治理体系建设 步伐、提升数据挖掘能力、提升数据共享成果能力这三个实施途径;三是构造一体 化智慧渠道网点,主要包含推进智慧银行网点建设、引进多方位生物识别系统、构 建多介质客户触点这三个实施途径;四是建立智能化风控体系,主要包含建立智能 金融风险计量体系、构建统一风险视图、深化合规管理与反洗钱能力提升、全面主 动防控金融科技风险这四个实施途径;五是构建金融科技新零售系统,主要包含提 升零售客户体验满意度、打造个性化的综合金融产品这两个实施途径。 最后,提出了A银行实施金融科技战略的保障措施,包括提升A银行金融科技 组织管理能力、建立A银行金融科技创新机制、营造A银行金融科技创新文化、加 大A银行金融科技投入这四个保障措施。希望本研究能够为科技金融背景冲击下的 A银行及其他商业银行金融科技战略的实施提供一定的参考和借鉴价值。 关键词:金融科技;A银行;企业战略; 金融科技战略 A银行金融科技战略研究 I Abstract In recent years, the global investment in financial science and technology has soared. In 2018, it has entered an outbreak period. The development of financial science and technology is a double-edged sword for domestic commercial banks. Both opportunities and challenges coexist. How to seize the opportunities, meet the challenges, overcome the obstacles and stand on a higher platform requires commercial bank operators to raise management from the business operation level to a strategic level and actively explore science and technology Bank A, founded in 1954, is one of the six major state-owned banks in China. Under the background of the continuous impact of financial technology on the traditional banking market, the challenges faced by bank a are gradually increasing. This paper takes a case study method, taking bank a as an example, to study the determination and implementation of Bank A's financial technology strategy. This not only has a positive practical significance for the follow-up development of bank a, but also has a certain reference significance for other domestic commercial banks. This paper attempts to study the financial science and technology strategy of bank A. firstly, it analyzes the external macro environment, industry development status and competition environment faced by bank a through PEST analysis and so on. Then it analyzes the internal environment such as bank a's resources and capabilities. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment, it points out that bank a should adopt the growth type (so) strategy through SWOT analysis Promote financial technology to the strategic level of the company. Based on the basic principles of taking on responsibilities, starting from customers, technological innovation and financing, this study proposes that the overall goal of Bank A's financial technology strategy is to build an ecological scene of convergence and integration of financial and non-financial services, and build an online and offline senseless and boundless three-dimensional network channel. The strategy of a bank's financial science and technology strategy implementation mainly includes the following five aspects: first, to improve the core technology level, mainly including the construction and improvement of a bank's public cloud platform and the construction of open banking service platform; second, to improve the data governance system, mainly including accelerating the pace of data governance system construction, improving data mining capacity and data sharing The third is to build an integrated smart channel network, which mainly includes three implementation approaches: promoting the construction of smart bank network, introducing multi-directional biometric system, and building multi-media customer contacts.
