I 摘要 近年来,张家口银行在其总行的领导下,对业务措施、方针战略举措等进行了 优化,竞争战略也随着不断变化的市场环境、经济发展方式而改变。其建立了以动 态核心能力为源泉的可适应外部环境变化的动态的竞争优势,保障了企业发展的 持久活力。 本文在把握相关研究资料以及有关课题研究现状的前提下,对于张家口银行 的历史及未来发展进行全面研究,运用SWOT工具分析银行内部分析方法,找出 银行的优劣势和核心竞争所在,通过“波特五力模型”分析对银行竞争能力的影响, 得出张家口银行基于动态核心能力的竞争战略体系。 在介绍研究背景和意义的同时,分析其发展存在的问题与影响因素,基于理论 基础提出张家口银行的“动态核心能力”战略框架,对定位、路径、过程三个部分进 行比较分析。最后,提出张家口银行今后发展三大动态核心能力竞争战略:市场开 发、多元化以及产品开发战略,通过挖掘银行内外部存在的管理问题,借助积极的 策略优化自身机构。 关键词:张家口银行;动态核心能力;竞争;战略 Abstract II Abstract In recent years, under the leadership of the head office, Zhangjiakou Bank's reform direction, business optimization measures, policies and strategic measures have changed with the changing market environment and the change of economic development mode. Today, when the financial industry is undergoing drastic changes, it has come to a critical turning point. On the premise of grasping the relevant research materials and the current research situation of relevant topics, this paper conducts a comprehensive study on the history and future development of Zhangjiakou Bank, and uses SWOT tools to analyze the internal analysis methods of the bank, so as to find out the strengths, weaknesses and core competition of the bank. Through the "five forces model" analysis of the impact on the competitiveness of banks, it is concluded that Zhangjiakou Bank Company adopts a core competitive strategy and the cultivation and application of dynamic core competitiveness of banks-the choice of competitive strategy. After introducing the research background and significance, the paper analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors in its development, puts forward the strategic framework of Zhangjiakou Bank's "dynamic core competence" based on the theoretical basis and makes comparative analysis on the three parts of positioning, path and process. Finally, the paper puts forward three dynamic core competence competition strategies for Zhangjiakou Bank in the future: market development, diversification and product development strategies. Through exploring the management problems existing inside and outside the bank, the bank will optimize its own institutions with positive strategies.
