摘要
近年来，随着市场经济的飞速发展，中国的物流产业迅猛崛起，铁路货物
运输正在接受空前严峻的考验。2013年，铁路总公司正式成立，这次力度空前
的改革对铁路货运的生产经营与运输组织发生了巨大的变化，使其产生质的飞
跃。然而，货运改革虽取得了一定成绩却任重道远，需要进一步以市场为导向，
优化设备设施，由单一运输转向多元经营，与社会运输资源携手，依托于电子
商务平台，不断向现代物流迈进，才能实现可持续发展
论文以张家口南货场为研究对象，通过整理、分析铁路货运相关资料和文
献，熟悉掌握了国内外铁路货运发展现状，通过分析张家口南货场经营与管理
的状况，在充分研究现代物流的理论基础上，提出了张家口南货场发展现代物
流的必要性和可行性。接着，对张家口南货场发展现代物流战略的内部环境和
外部环境进行分析，采用SWOT矩阵分析法，对张家口南货场发展现代物流的
优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析，构建SWOT矩阵，并进行定量分析各因素
力度和总体力度，构建战略四边形，计算战略方位角和战略强度系数，确定发
展现代物流战略的类型。结合战略指导思想和目标，提出发展现代物流的具体
战略。最后，分析张家口南货场发展现代物流的战略实施保障措施

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of the market economy, China's
logistics industry has rapidly risen and railway freight transportation is undergoing an
unprecedented severe test. In 2013, the railway company was formally established.
This unprecedented reform has undergone tremendous changes in the production,
operation and transportation organization of railway freight, resulting in a qualitative
leap. However, although the freight reform has achieved certain results, it is still a
long way to go. It needs to be further market-oriented, optimize equipment and
facilities, change from single-transportation to diversified operations, integration of
resources with social transport resources, and rely on e-commerce platforms to
constantly advance towards modern logistics. Only by this way, we can continuously
advance towards modern logistics, and then achieve sustainable development.
The thesis takes the Zhangjiakou South Freight Yard as the research object,
through collating and analyzing the relevant information and documents of railway
freight transportation, familiar with the development status of domestic and
international railway freight transportation, and analyzing the status of Zhangjiakou
South Yard operation and management, and based on the theory of modern logistics,
The necessity and feasibility of developing modern logistics in Zhangjiakou South
Freight Yard was put forward. Then, we analyze the internal environment and
external environment of the modern logistics strategy of Zhangjiakou South Freight
Yard, and use the SWOT matrix analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats of developing modern logistics, construct the SWOT matrix,
and Quantitatively analyze the strength of each factor and the overall strength,
construct strategic quadrilaterals, calculate strategic azimuths and strategic strength
factors, and determine the types of developing modern logistics strategies. Combining
with the strategic guiding ideology and goals, it proposes specific strategies for the
development of modern logistics. Finally, the paper analyzes the strategic
implementation guarantee measures for the development of modern logistics in the

South Yard of Zhangjiakou.
