I 摘要 如今,培训的重要性日益突出,利用培训可以明显的增强公司从业者的综合 能力,使得他们更好的适应相应岗位,并明显的增强公司的竞争优势。因此,很 多公司不断加大员工培训的投入,以期通过员工培训来提升公司的综合实力。然 而,部分公司建设还比较短暂,在员工培训工作上还不够成熟,这已经对公司持 续发展带来一定的制约。完善的员工培训体系是保障员工培训活动顺利实施的基 本要素,鉴于此,此次研究将对TK公司的员工培训管理问题和对策展开研究。 在此次研究中,以和培训具有关联性的理论作为切入点,根据海内外诸多学 者在该领域取得的相关研究成果,设计了问卷调查并将问卷分发给企业高层、中 层、基层员工,回收了问卷,同时对个别人员进行了深入谈话。笔者实地考察TK 公司培训的现状、存在的问题以及背后的原因,从培训需求分析、培训计划设计、 培训课程、培训实施和培训评估等维度出发,就如何解决该公司员工培训管理问 题提出具体的对策和建议。最后,对TK公司员工培训管理问题的解决方案在具 体实施过程中需要提供的保障措施进行介绍。 文章的研究工作基于实际从业经验和理论分析,研究成果是建立在TK公司 内部调研数据分析的基础上,对于促进和提升TK公司的员工培训管理工作质量 和效率有着积极的促进作用,同时也期望能够为同类型企业在员工培训方面给予 一定的参考和借鉴。 关键词:员工培训;调查研究;培训管理;保障措施 Abstract II Abstract Nowadays,theimportanceoftrainingisbecomingmoreandmoreprominent,and theuseoftrainingcansignificantlyenhancetheoverallabilityofthecompany's employees,makingthembetterequippedtotheircorrespondingpositions,and significantlyenhancethecompany'scompetitiveadvantage.Therefore,many companiescontinuetoincreasetheinvestmentinstafftraining,withtheaimto enhancetheoverallstrengthofthecompanythroughstafftraining.However,the constructionofsomecompaniesinthisregardisstillrelativelyimmature,whichhas broughtcertainconstraintsonthecompany'ssustainabledevelopment.Asound employeetrainingsystemisabasicelementtoensurethesmoothimplementationof employeetrainingactivities,andinviewofthis,thisstudywillinvestigatethe problemsandcountermeasuresofemployeetrainingmanagementinTK. Inthisstudy,therelevanttheoriestotrainingareusedasthestartingpoint.Based ontherelevantresearchresultsobtainedbymanyscholarsathomeandabroadinthis field,aquestionnairesurveywasdesignedanddistributedtothetop,middlemanagers andemployeesofthecompany.Thequestionnaireswerecollected,whilein-depthfield interviewwereconductedwithindividualpersonneltoexaminethecurrentsituation, problemsandreasonsofTK'straining.Fromtheperspectiveoftrainingdemand analysis,scheduledesign,curriculum,implementationandreview,thisthesisput forwardspecificcountermeasuresandsuggestionsonhowtosolvethecompany's employeetrainingmanagementproblems.Finally,weintroducethesafeguardsthat needtobeprovidedduringtheimplementationofthesolutionstoTK'semployee trainingmanagementproblems. Theresearchworkofthisthesisisbasedonpracticalexperienceandtheoretical analysis,andtheresearchresultsarebasedontheanalysisofTK'sinternalresearch data,whichwillhaveapositiveeffectonpromotingandimprovingthequalityand efficiencyofTK'semployeetrainingmanagement,andisalsoexpectedtogivesome referenceandexperienceforthesametypeofenterprisesinemployeetraining.
