随着经济的发展和社会的进步,国家要求经济要高质量发展,追求投入产出比 更高。以前,大型制造业在控制经营成本方面,大多是把精力放在降低采购成本以 及生产加工成本方面,而忽视了物流这一重要环节,特别是仓储物流更是很少人关 注。现在,物流作为企业的第三利润源,已越来越受重视,包括仓储物流。在大多 数制造型企业推行精益生产的大背景下,很多企业开始对仓储物流实施精益化管 理,对仓储物流业务进行流程梳理,找出各业务环节操作过程中存在的问题,利用 精益理论进行原因分析,实施优化和改善。在这种情况下,探索仓储物流实施精益 化管理后的效果对企业的经营发展具有重要的指导意义。 本文对仓储物流的概念及作业内容、精益管理理论及熵理论进行了介绍,将仓 储物流和熵理论结合,提出了仓储物流系统熵的概念,以作业时间为衡量标准,分 析了精益管理对仓储物流系统熵的影响。从“人、机、料、法、环”五个方面对仓 储物流实施精益化管理的影响因素进行了分析,考虑到分析要素是否科学、是否方 便执行,尽量采取定量分析的方法,设定了仓储物流实施精益化管理后的效果评价 指标,形成指标体系,并构建了基于熵理论的评价模型,为科学评价仓储物流实施 精益化管理后的效果提供支撑。 本文选择一家大型制造企业作为实例分析,利用构建的指标体系和评价模型 对该企业仓储物流实施精益管理后的效果进行了评价,通过相关人员现场收集的 数据,结合本企业 ERP 内的数据,进行了统计与分析,验证了所建指标体系和模型 是科学有效的,证明了这种评价思路和方法是有意义的。 本文最后介绍了企业仓储物流实施精益化管理的方法和路径,并结合案例分 析了如何对企业仓储物流实施精益化管理后的效果进行评价,并对如何降低仓储 物流系统熵提出了一些建议,对如何提升制造型企业的仓储物流管理水平具有一 定的指导意义。 关键字: 仓储物流,精益管理,熵理论,评价指标湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract With the development of economy and social progress, the state requires the economy to develop with high quality and pursue higher input-output ratio.In the past, large manufacturing industry in the control of operating costs, mostly focused on the reduction of procurement costs and production and processing costs, but neglected the logistics of this important link, especially the warehousing logistics is less attention.Now, logistics, as the third profit source of enterprises, has been more and more attention, including warehousing logistics. Under the background of lean production in most manufacturing enterprises, many enterprises begin to implement lean management of warehousing and logistics, comb the process of warehousing and logistics business, find out the problems existing in the operation process of each business link, analyze the reasons with lean theory, and implement optimization and improvement.In this case, to explore the effect of warehousing logistics after the implementation of lean management has an important guiding significance to the business development of enterprises. This thesis introduces the concept and operation content of warehousing and logistics, lean management theory and entropy theory. Combining warehousing and logistics with entropy theory, this thesis puts forward the concept of entropy of warehousing and logistics system.Man, machine, material, method, from the "ring" five aspects of the influence factors of logistics implementation of the lean management are analyzed, considering the elements analysis is scientific, whether convenient execution, as far as possible to take quantitative analysis method, set the warehousing logistics evaluation index, the effect after the implementation of the lean management form the index system, and builds the model of evaluation based on entropy theory, for the scientific evaluation of logistics the effect after the implementation of the lean management support. Choose a large manufacturing enterprise as the example analysis, this thesis use of building index system and evaluation model for the enterprise of logistics effect was evaluated after the implementation of lean management, through the relevant personnel data collected in field, combined with the enterprise ERPdata, has carried on the statistics and analysis, verified the established index system and model is scientific and effective, and proves that this kind of thinking and method of the evaluation is meaningful. Finally, the thesis introduces the implementation of the lean enterprise warehousing logistics management method and path, and combined with case analysis how to warehousing logistics of the enterprise to evaluate the effect after the implementation of the lean management, and on how to reduce the warehouse logistics system entropy, puts forward some Suggestions on how to raising the level of logistics management in manufacturing enterprise has a certain guiding significance.
