伴随着知识经济时代的到来,企业之间的竞争已经日益演变为人才之 间的竞争。人才在企业的人力资源管理中占据着举足轻重的地位,而招聘 工作作为展开企业人力资源管理工作的首要环节,与人才存在着密不可分 的关系。招聘有效性的高低也在一定程度上影响着企业人才招聘质量的好 坏。在社会化浪潮中,企业若想站稳脚跟,谋得长远发展,提高招聘有效 性成为各个企业刻不容缓急需改进的招聘问题之一。 本文关注招聘的改进研究问题,本着提出问题-分析问题-解决问题的 思路,以TM汽车投资有限公司为研究对象,通过文献研究法、案例研究法、 问卷调查法,在TM汽车投资有限公司招聘有效性中存在的问题的基础上, 结合相关理论和研究,提出提高招聘有效性的对策建议,以及提高招聘有 效性的相关保障,切实进一步改进TM汽车投资有限公司的招聘问题。具体 的思路包括:本文首先分析了招聘有效性的概念,对招聘有效性的相关理 论进行了整体的描述,归纳与梳理了招聘有效性的影响因素、评价指标、 国内外相关理论综述;而后,分析和整理了TM汽车投资有限公司的人力资 源现状以及招聘现状、招聘体系的六个阶段,在招聘现状和调查问卷的基 础上,结合TM汽车投资有限公司的实际情况,提出和剖析了TM汽车投资 有限公司公司招聘有效性中存在的具体问题:招聘成本费用高昂,招聘程 序繁琐;招聘计划不合理,招聘目标和招聘体系偏离;招聘渠道存在问题 II 等三个大方面的问题。分别从招聘成本、招聘计划和招聘渠道三个方面针 对TM汽车投资有限公司招聘中存在的问题提出了优化策略;最后结合公司 现在的实际情况,提出了TM汽车投资有限公司招聘有效性提升的相关保障: 薪酬保障、招聘管理制度保障、组织保障,这样做会使得招聘有效性得到 很大程度的提升,使得招聘有效性可以更好的发挥其职能,在一定程度上 解决了招聘问题,也对招聘问题的研究有了进一步的深入。 通过对TM汽车投资有限公司招聘的研究分析也给其他同行业公司在招 聘问题上提供了一定的借鉴建议,同行业公司可以“取其精华。去其糟粕” 的方式进行借鉴思考。 关键词:招聘有效性 ; 人力资源 ; TM公司 III STUDYON IMPROVEMENTOFRECRUITMENT EFFECTIVENESS OF TM CORPORATION ABSTRACT With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition among talents.Talents play an important role in the human resource management of enterprises. As the first step of human resource management, recruitment is closely related to talents.The effectiveness of recruitment also affects the quality of recruitment to a certain extent.In the tide of socialization, it has become one of the urgent and urgent recruitment problems for enterprises to gain a firm foothold, seek long-term development and improve the effectiveness of recruitment.
