随着计算机科技与人类经济活动与社会活动的深度融合，软件产品的市场需 求快速增加的同时，对软件产品的质量也提出了更高的要求。汇通达公司是中国 农村商业数字化服务平台公司，是中国农村电商行业的独角兽企业。目前，企业 软件开发质量无法满足行业竞争的需要，如何提升软件质量管理水平是汇通达公 司面对的重要实践课题。 本文运用全面质量管理理论、工具以及CMMI、PDCA模型等基础理论知识通 过对汇通达公司的软件质量管理现状进行分析评估，查找汇通达公司软件开发质 量管理中存在的问题，包括：需求分析不足、开发过程延误、质量审计过程符合 度不高、开发转测试代码通过率低、线上漏测率多等。通过问题成因分析，明确 需要改进的方向，从完善质量计划、强化质量保证、落实质量控制和设置专业岗 位四个方面提出9大项改进措施，并从员工素养、质量培训、质量绩效考核等方 面设计保障性措施以帮助企业全面提升软件研发的质量管理水平。 本文研究成果的应用将有助于消除汇通达公司多年存在的产品研发痼疾，从 机制和制度层面保障企业软件产品研发的质量。研究成果对同类软件开发企业的 研发质量管理改善也具有一定借鉴意义。 关键词：软件开发，全面质量管理，质量控制，CMMI模型 MBA学位论文 作者：阮红梅 汇通达公司软件开发质量管理优化研究 Abstract With the deep integration of computer science and technology, human economic activities and social activities, the market demand for software products is increasing rapidly. At the same time, higher requirements are put forward for the quality of software products. HTD company is a digital service platform company of rural commerce in China and a unicorn enterprise of rural e-commerce industry in China. At present, the quality of enterprise software development can not meet the needs of industry competition. How to improve the level of software quality management is an important practical issue for HTD company. This paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of software quality management of HTD company by using the theory and tools of total quality management, CMMI, PDCA model and other basic theoretical knowledge, and finds out the problems existing in the quality management of software development of HTD company, including: insufficient demand analysis, development process delay, low compliance of quality audit process, low pass rate of development to test code . there are many on-line missing rates, etc. Through the analysis of the causes of the problems, the direction of improvement is clarified. Nine improvement measures are put forward from four aspects: improving the quality plan, strengthening the quality assurance, implementing the quality control and setting up professional posts. In addition, the guarantee measures are designed from the aspects of staff quality, quality training, quality performance assessment, etc. to help the enterprise improve the quality management level of software R & D in an all-round way. The application of the research results of this paper will help to eliminate the product R & D chronic disease existing in HTD company for many years, and guarantee the quality of enterprise software product R & D from the mechanism and system level.
