近年来，生物医药产业蓬勃发展，随着各种医学、生物学关键技术的突破， 并将这些新技术运用到传统医药产业，使得生物医药产业得到了空前的发展机遇， 与此同时也获得大量收益。HZ市也紧跟时代的步伐，大力发展生物医药产业，经 过十多年的发展，生物医药产业集群已初具规模，工业园作为产业集群的载体， 在发展过程中一些问题逐渐显露出来。虽然基本形成了较为完整的生物医药产业 链，但创新研发能力不足，成果转化能力不足，集群内部分工不合理等问题突出。 本文采用理论研究和实证研究相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方 法。在对产业链、产业集群以及产业集群升级等理论进行梳理、归纳的基础上， 重点考察了M工业园生物医药产业的现实状况，对M工业园生物医药企业进行走 访调查，从园区内生物医药企业之间的产业链关系出发，分析了产业集群内发展 中的不足，通过调查问卷进行统计分析，得出限制M工业园生物医药产业集群发 展的主要因素，并由此提出了针对“M工业园生物医药产业集群”的升级路径及对 策。 本文的特色与创新之处体现在：一是从产业链的视角来分析M工业园生物医 药产业集群发展中问题，二是在研究方法上借鉴波特的“钻石模型"，对影响M工 业园生物医药产业集群的影响因素进行了调查分析。 关键词：产业链；生物医药；工业园；产业集群升级 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 ResearchonupgradingofbiomedicalindustrialclusterinM industrialparkfromtheperspectiveofindustrialchain Major：BusinessManagement Name：ZhaoLin Instructor：FangYongHeng ABSTARCT Inrecentyears,thebiomedicalindustryhasbeenbooming.Withthebreakthrough ofvariouskeymedicalandbiologicaltechnologies,andtheapplicationofthesenew technologiestothetraditionalmedicineindustry,thebiomedicalindustryhasobtained unprecedentedopportunitiesfordevelopment,andatthesametime,ithasalsoobtained alargeamountofbenefits.HZalsokeepspacewithTheTimesandvigorouslydevelops thebiomedicalindustry.Aftermorethantenyearsofdevelopment,thescaleofthe biomedicalindustrialclusterhasbeenestablished,andtheindustrialpark,asthecarrier oftheindustrialcluster,hasgraduallyrevealedsomeproblemsinthedevelopment process.Althougharelativelycompletebiomedicalindustrialchainhasbeenbasically formed,problemssuchasinsufficientinnovationandresearchcapacity,insufficient achievementtransformationcapacityandunreasonabledivisionoflaborwithinclusters areprominent.
