I 摘要 2020年12月31日,国家体育总局和国家统计局公布,经过核算,2019年全国体 育产业总规模(总产出)为29483亿元,增加值为11248亿元,体育产业发展如火如 荼,促使健身行业迎来新的发展格局。然而在智能化的新时代,健身俱乐部也面临着 “内忧外患”的挑战,一系列的冲击阻碍健身俱乐部的发展。为争夺在健身行业的优 势地位,目前已有部分健身俱乐部利用商业模式创新获得成功,同时令健身行业的从 业人员注意到商业模式创新的重要性。现有文献表明,商业模式创新是构建竞争优势 的重要选择,也有学者研究证实商业模式创新对竞争优势有正向影响作用。通过对文 献回顾和梳理,发现商业模创新与竞争优势之间存在间接影响变量,而学者对于中间 机制的研究寥寥可数。学术界将健身俱乐部作为研究对象而进行定性分析的研究较少, 并且为了进一步探讨商业模式创新与竞争优势之间的影响作用,对其中介机制的探究 是十分有必要的。基于此,本文运用实证分析方法,考察商业模式创新对健身俱乐部 竞争优势的影响作用及中介机制,对于丰富和深化商业模式创新与竞争优势的相关理 论研究具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。 本文以健身俱乐部为调查对象,基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,将组织敏捷 性作为中介变量,探讨商业模式创新对竞争优势的影响作用,探索组织敏捷性在商业 模式创新与竞争优势之间的中介作用。通过文献回顾对本研究相关理论和主要变量进 行梳理,提出本文研究假设,构建“商业模式创新-组织敏捷性-竞争优势”理论模型。 运用SPSS26.0和Amos23.0对回收的323份数据进行数据分析和实证检验,得出本研 究结论以验证所提出假设,最后得出理论贡献和实践启示。 本文研究结论如下:商业模式创新正向影响健身俱乐部组织敏捷性和竞争优势, 组织敏捷性正向影响健身俱乐部竞争优势,组织敏捷性在商业模式创新和竞争优势之 间存在部分中介作用。同时为健身俱乐部提高竞争优势提出以下对策建议:一是因地 制宜,找准定位群体,提高获客率,建立竞争优势;二是加强商业模式创新环节,商 业模式的调整改进可以提升健身俱乐部竞争优势;三是注重组织敏捷性的培养和提升, 组织敏捷性可以促进健身俱乐部提升战略执行力和整体行动力;四是在智慧化新时代, 加强对大数据和智能软件的运用,形成独特的竞争优势。本文的创新点在于选择健身 俱乐部作为研究对象,补充了关于健身俱乐部的定量分析研究,同时也揭示组织敏捷 性的中介影响作用。本文研究过程及结论丰富了三个主要变量的相关理论研究,对健 身俱乐部的相关研究提供一定理论价值和实践借鉴意义。 关键词:商业模式创新;竞争优势;组织敏捷性;动态能力 论文类型:应用研究 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT OnDecember31,2020,theStateSportsGeneralAdministrationandthe NationalBureauofStatisticsannouncedthataftercalculations,thetotal scale(totaloutput)ofthenationalsportsindustryin2019was2,948.3billion yuan,withanaddedvalueof1,124.8billionyuan.Thedevelopmentofthesports industryisinfullswing,whichpromotesfitness.Theindustryusheredina newdevelopmentpattern.However,intheneweraofintelligence,fitnessclubs arealsofacingthechallengeof"internalandexternaltroubles",andaseries ofshockshinderthedevelopmentoffitnessclubs.Inordertocompetefora dominantpositioninthefitnessindustry,somefitnessclubshaveusedbusiness modelinnovationtoachievesuccess.Atthesametime,practitionersinthe fitnessindustryhavenoticedtheimportanceofbusinessmodelinnovation. Existingliteratureshowsthatbusinessmodelinnovationisanimportantchoice forbuildingcompetitiveadvantage,andsomescholarshaveconfirmedthat businessmodelinnovationhasapositiveeffectoncompetitiveadvantage. Throughreviewingandcombingtheliterature,itisfoundthatthereare indirectinfluencevariablesbetweenbusinessmodelinnovationandcompetitive advantage,andscholarshaveveryfewstudiesontheintermediatemechanism. Therearefewstudiesonfitnessclubsinacademiaforqualitativeanalysis, andinordertofurtherexploretheinfluenceofbusinessmodelinnovationand competitiveadvantage,itisnecessarytoexploretheintermediarymechanism. Basedonthis,thisarticleusesempiricalanalysismethodstoexaminethe influenceofbusinessmodelinnovationonfitnessclubs'competitiveadvantages andtheintermediarymechanism,whichhascertaintheoreticalandpractical significanceforenrichinganddeepeningtherelatedtheoreticalresearchon businessmodelinnovationandcompetitiveadvantages. Thispapertakesfitnessclubsasthesurveyobject,basedonresource-based theoryanddynamiccapabilitytheory,takesorganizationalagilityasan intermediaryvariable,explorestheimpactofbusinessmodelinnovationon competitiveadvantage,andexplorestherelationshipbetweenorganizational agilityinbusinessmodelinnovationandcompetitiveadvantageMediatingRole. Theresearchconclusionsofthispaperareasfollows:Businessmodel innovationispositivelyaffectingtheorganizationalagilityandcompetitive advantageoffitnessclubs,Organizationalagilityispositivelyaffectingthe competitiveadvantageoffitnessclubs,Organizationalagilityhasapartial mediatingeffectbetweenbusinessmodelinnovationandcompetitiveadvantage. Atthesametime,thefollowingcountermeasuresandsuggestionsareputforward forfitnessclubstoimprovetheircompetitiveadvantages:First,adjust measurestolocalconditions,locategroupsaccurately,increasecustomer acquisitionrates,andestablishcompetitiveadvantages;second,strengthen thebusinessmodelinnovationlink,andtheadjustmentandimprovementof businessmodelscanenhancethecompetitiveadvantageoffitnessclubs;The thirdistofocusonthecultivationandimprovementoforganizationalagility, whichcanpromotefitnessclubstoimprovetheirstrategicexecutionandoverall action;fourth,intheneweraofintelligence,strengthentheuseofbigdata andintelligentsoftwaretoformauniquecompetitiveadvantage.Theinnovation ofthisarticleistochoosefitnessclubsastheresearchobject,supplement thequantitativeanalysisoffitnessclubs,andalsorevealthemediatingeffect oforganizationalagility.Theresearchprocessandconclusionsofthisarticle enrichtherelatedtheoreticalresearchonthethreemainvariables,andprovide certaintheoreticalvalueandpracticalreferencesignificancefortherelated researchoffitnessclubs.
