随着国内外经济环境的变化,我国经济进入稳步发展的新时期。当前,企业面临着 前所未有的挑战,一些企业人才培养跟不上规模扩张的速度,导致企业发展陷入瓶颈。 因此,重视人才的培养成为很多企业的着力点。21世纪企业的竞争,说到底是人才的竞 争。企业要发展,在竞争激烈的市场环境中保持优势,就必须要有认同企业的价值观、 忠于企业、勇于创新的优秀人才,这样才能立于不败之地,人才的培养,几乎关乎企业 的生死存亡。而从全球几乎所有成功的企业来看,内部培训都是企业人才的主要来源, 企业培训变得更加具有深远的现实意义。但在中国,很多企业,尤其是一些快速发展和 初创的企业,普遍存在培训体系不健全、培训制度不完善、培训责任不清晰、培训课程 不适合、培训评估无效果等问题。所以,完善企业的人力资源培训管理工作,提高培训 效果,探索适合企业自身的人力资源发展道路是很多企业亟待解决的问题。 本文选择了我国沿海一线城市深圳的一家正在快速发展扩张的G公司为研究对象, 在阐述人力资源基本理论的基础上,介绍了G公司的基本概况和人力资源基本情况,调 查了该公司的培训现状,运用文献研究法、座谈法、问卷调查法、实证分析法、数据分 析法等,重点分析了G公司人力资源培训管理中存在的培训需求分析、培训课程体系、 培训方法、培训评估等方面的问题,以问题为导向,从理论和数据两个方面,分析了产 生问题的原因,然后通过G公司培训的现状与调查所得的数据,对该公司的员工培训管 理工作进行了优化,提出了丰富企业培训管理工作的建议和对策,以促进企业整体业绩 的提升。 通过系统的研究,本文在G公司原有的培训体系和组织、文化、人员规模的框架下, 明确了培训的指导思想、目标与原则,提出了制度完善、领导有力、分工明确、协调顺 畅、执行顺利的培训组织管理体系,比较系统地阐述了构建科学的组织架构在G公司员 工培训中所起的关键作用。较完备地呈现了G公司的培训需求分析工作流程,设计了更 科学合理的培训课程体系。有针对性地就培训方法的选择和培训效果评估的改进和完善 提出了建议。从制度、时间、资金、资源方面做了比较完备的保障,确保了G公司的员 工培训管理工作的有效开展,为G公司员工培训管理工作的完善提供了合理的建议和有 价值的参考,丰富了企业员工培训管理的内容和对策,提升了培训效果,也为其他企业 提供了借鉴。 关键词:人力资源;G公司;培训管理 - II - G company staff training management research Abstract From the perspective of almost all successful enterprises in the world, internal training is the main source of enterprise talents, and enterprise training has become more far-reaching practical significance.
