近年来,金融服务领域内的技术驱动型创新不断产生,“金融科技”概念逐渐步入 了人们的视野,并迅速成为了全球投资人与创业者聚焦的热点产品。信息技术和金融服 务的深层融合不断打破现有金融的边界,改变着金融服务的运作方式,是金融业适应信 息时代所发生的一次深刻变革。开放式银行业务充分结合了当下数据共享的发展趋势, 响应大力发展金融科技的号召,开启了银行业发展的新篇章。 本文对X银行黑龙江省分行开放式银行业务后台运维管理进行研究,着重从目标客 户的拓展、业务的研发与维护管理和风险安全的管控三个角度进行分析。结合实际情况, 总结所存在的问题并提出解决对策,为X银行黑龙江省分行提供一套更为科学、更为有 效的开放式银行业务后台运维管理对策,来提高X银行的企业竞争力,促进其高效发展。 本文首先详细介绍了开放式银行业务的相关概念与功能,然后指出后台运维管理的要素 与目标,并说明了运维管理的内控化管理方法。然后,从三个方面对X银行黑龙江省分 行开放式银行业务的后台运维管理现状进行总结。之后,根据其现状所暴露出来的问题, 从不同的层面分析其产生的原因。最后结合X银行黑龙江省分行实际的发展形势及内控 化管理办法的相关理论知识,提出相应的内控化管理对策。在X银行黑龙江省分行大力 发展开放式银行业务的同时,对后台运维管理的研究,可以更为有效的发挥出X银行金 融服务的优势,提升开放式银行业务的推广效率,提高X银行的同业竞争力。 关键词:开放式银行业务;后台运维管理;金融科技 东北石油大学MBA学位论文 III Researchonthebackofficeoperationandmaintenancemanagement oftheopenbankingbusinessofBankXHeilongjiangBranch ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,technology-driveninnovationinthefieldoffinancialserviceshasbeen constantlyemerging,andtheconceptof"financialtechnology"hasgraduallysteppedinto people'svision,andquicklybecomeahotproductfocusedbyglobalinvestorsand entrepreneurs.Thedeepintegrationofinformationtechnologyandfinancialservices continuestobreaktheexistingfinancialboundaryandchangetheoperationmodeoffinancial services,whichisaprofoundchangeforthefinancialindustrytoadapttotheinformationage. Then,itsummarizesthebackgroundoperationandmaintenancemanagementoftheopen bankingbusinessofBankXHeilongjiangbranchfromthreeaspects.Afterthat,accordingto theproblemsexposedbyitscurrentsituation,itanalyzesthecausesfromdifferentlevels.
