现今,物流在企业发展中的地位越来越突出,物流的主要内容就是货物原 料的存储。随着企业发展的不断扩大,企业仓储的原料越来越多,出入库越来 越频繁,因此,打造高效集约的物流仓储系统,成为企业提高竞争力的必要手 段。在这种背景下,越来越多的企业在物流仓储中引入了ERP(企业资源计划) 系统,为仓储管理提供了高效的解决方案。 ERP(企业资源计划)系统是一种信息管理系统,它依靠计算机技术,融合 企业各种资源,以系统化的管理思想,为企业提供高效资源管理的一个平台。 厦门A公司是一家国有卷烟制造企业,长期以来,公司不断革新生产技术,在 生产工艺方面不断做出各方面尝试与突破。然而,它也具有所有国有企业的通 病,管理松懈,业务流程不合理,信息化应用程度不高。随着时代的发展,其 弊端也越来越突出,已不能适应当下发展需要。因此,公司近两年已经从财务, 采购等方面陆续引进ERP信息管理系统。然而,公司的仓储管理模式还较为落 后,还停留在靠简单的电脑表单管理库存的阶段,而原料仓储又是卷烟制造企 业不可或缺的一环,因此,改进其管理与运作模式显得刻不容缓。 本文首先介绍了ERP的概念和作用,以及A公司的基本情况,特别是仓储 管理现状,通过问卷调查的形式归纳总结出A公司现阶段仓储管理存在的问题, 提出建设ERP仓储信息管理系统的必要性。然后结合ERP相关理论和企业业务 流程重组(BPR)等方面的知识,为A公司仓储物流管理设计更为合理的业务流 程,搭建适合其自身发展需求的仓储ERP管理信息系统,并提出应用RFID等一 些辅佐措施以促进仓储管理更加高效智能。最后介绍了ERP顺利运行的一些保 障措施,如组织员工培训、优化管理制度和优化考核机制等。总之,本文希望 通过ERP系统管理的搭建为A公司仓储物流管理提供更加高效的解决方案。 关键词:企业资源计划 业务流程重组 仓储管理 片烟仓储 II Abstract Nowadays, logistics plays an increasingly important role in enterprise competition. Storage of materials is a key link in the whole logistics process. With the development of logistics activities, the storage of goods and in-out warehousing frequency are under growing strain. It has been an urgent issue how to manage warehouse operation team to standardize the warehouse activities. As a result of that, more and more enterprises are managed with the EPR management system to realize efficient management of storage. ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)is an integrated management information system. On the basis of technology information, as an important form of management information system with systematic management idea, ERP is now a good platform for enterprises to achieve efficient resource management. Company A in Xiamen is a state-owned cigarette manufacturing enterprise, and the company has always attached to importance to technological innovation, many attempts were made on production techniques. However, the trouble is that the lack of variety of pattern of production and the level of information application is low, both are common problems with state-owned enterprises. With the continuous and high-speed growth of society, the disadvantages became increasingly prominent. It is unable to meet the development needs now. Thus, the company has started to use ERP system for financial and purchasing management, whereas the warehouse management mode still is the original manual management mode. As you know, raw material storage is the essential part of warehouse management, hence that, it is urgent and important to improve management mode. This paper first introduces the conception and functions of ERP and company A’s fundamentals, especially the warehouse management present situation. Second, it tries to find out the drawbacks and disadvantages of current management mode through questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis, and studied on the need for ERP usage. Finally, according to related theories and business realignment, this paper intends to optimize business process and build a more usable ERP management III system to meet the demand of company’s own development. In order to ensure a smooth operation of ERP management system, the company will also need to take some measures like organize staff training and strengthen the corporate culture construction. In a word, this paper intends to provide a effective solutions of the warehouse management problem by building ERP management system.
