随着大数据、人工智能等技术的发展,利用科技创新实现对金融业的赋能,已经成为金融 行业普遍的发展方向,其中具有代表性的领域之一就是消费金融。截至2017年6月末,Z银行 F分行通过积极在消费金融市场进行金融业务的宣传,消费金融客户目前已多达3万多户,并 为各类金融客户提供多元化的服务,满足了不同类型的小微企业、个体工商户的融资需求,切 实增加了Z银行F分行消费金融客户对其的满意度。得到了当地消费金融客户的认可,在当地 树立了商业银行典范。在这种情况下,截至2018年6月,Z银行F分行的资产规模高达666.37 亿元。本论文对消费金融业务风险进行了评估并探讨了对于消费金融业务风险的控制,分析了 消费金融的政策,并且深入市场,积极了解最新动态以及不同行业的顾客需求等,为展开消费 金融风险合理评估及有效控制奠定基础。 伴随着我国房地产业的快速发展,个人住房贷款的需求迅速上升,目前Z银行F分行消费 金融业务的主要载体是个人住房贷款业务,并且成为了国内商业银行的领头羊,个人住房贷款 业务客户数量和贷款总金额逐年上升,但是随着Z银行F分行个人住房贷款规模的不断扩大和 客户需求的不断增长,Z银行F分行个人住房贷款业务也面临着越来越多的挑战,本文通过文 献分析法、案例分析法以及问卷调查法对Z银行F分行个人住房贷款业务进行了研究。从消费 金融业务风险管理角度整体审视了Z银行F分行个人住房贷款业务,对Z银行F分行个人住房 贷款业务中可能存在的风险及产生的原因进行了剖析,通过问卷调查发现,Z银行F分行个人 住房贷款业务主要风险为信用风险、内部风险、市场风险、信息风险、行业变化风险,其中信 用风险、内部风险、市场风险的发生可能性和造成的损失度较大,具体体现为其制度性缺陷、 风险监控不足、自动化审批缺陷、风险量化管理水平不足,笔者结合Z银行F分行个人住房贷 款业务特点针对不同风险管理问题提出了具体的策略,从而保证Z银行F分行个人住房贷款业 务在消费金融领域的健康发展。 关键词:Z银行F分行;消费金融;个人住房贷款业务;风险管理 Z银行F分行个人住房贷款业务风险管理研究 II ABSTRACT The big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies has been developed nowadays.It has become a common development direction of the financial industry to use of scientific and technological innovation to empower the financial industry , one of the representative areas is consumer finance.By the end of June 2016, Z bank F branch had actively promoted financial services in the consumer finance market and effectively increased the satisfaction of consumer finance customers. Currently, there are more than 30,000 consumer finance customers, and more than 30,000 small and micro enterprises and individual businesses have been provided with different credit loans, financing services and other services. In the local,Z bank F branch set up a commercial bank model and won the local consumer finance consistent recognition and praise.Against this background, in June 2017, Z bank F branch's assets reached 66.637 billion yuan.This paper discusses the risk assessment and control of consumer finance, deeply analyzes the relevant industry policies, market dynamics, industry customer demand, etc., laying a foundation for the development of consumer finance risk reasonable assessment and effective control. With the rapid development of the real estate industry in our country, the need of the individual housing loans is rising rapidly , at present the main carrier of useful consumer finance business bank is individual housing loans, but with useful expansion of individual housing loan in bank, the individual housing loan business is facing more and more challenges, the author through literature analysis, case analysis and questionnaire survey on the bank of useful consumer finance business of personal housing loan business is discussed from the point of view of consumer finance business risk management overall look at the useful bank individual housing loan business, the individual housing loan business of the risks and reasons are analyzed and discussed to find out the current individual housing loan business risk management problems.It is concluded that the current risk management problems of personal housing loan business mainly include the institutional defects, the lack of risk monitoring, the lack of automated examination and approval, and the lack of risk quantification management,and puts forward the specific strategies for different risk management problems, to ensure that useful bank individual housing loan business healthy development in the field of consumer finance.
