当前我国经济正在蓬勃发展，经济增长方式及产业结构升级对商业银行的快 速反应能力、风险识别能力以及信贷管理水平提出了更高的要求。现阶段 中国农 村银行存在着机构庞大，工作效率低下等弊病，机构改革迫在眉睫。信贷业务作 为银行业务的重中之重，其流程优化是农村商业银行改革中的重要内容，农村银 行因为其 客户群体的特殊性，更需要科学合理并行之有效的信贷业务流程才能提 高竞争实力。 本文对关于农村信贷业务流程现状进行了分析，同时大量参考了信贷流程相 关文献和成功案 例，最后对Z市农商行信贷业务流程的再造提出了科学方案。 在本文研究过程中，采用了合理的研究方法，文献研究法、个案分析法、调查法 等，确保了论文研究结果的科学性， 以期帮助Z市农商行优化信贷业务再造方 案，有效改变其存在的流程不顺畅以及工作的效率低下等问题，为我国农村商业 银行信贷业务再造提供一些参考。 关键词：农村商业银 行；信贷业务；流程再造 Z市农商行信贷业务流程再造研究 II ABSTRACT NowChina'seconomyisboomingandtheupgradingofeconomicgrowthmode andindustrialstructureputsforwardhigherrequirementsonthequickresponseability, riskidentificationabilityandcreditmanagementlevelofcommercialbanks.However ruralbanksinChinahavemanydrawbacks,suchaslargeinstitutionsandlow efficiency,soinstitutionalreformisimminent.Asthetoppriorityofbankingbusiness, theprocessoptimizationofcreditbusinessisanimportantpartofthereformofrural commercialbanks.Becauseoftheparticularityofitscustomergroups,ruralbanks needscientific,reasonableandeffectivecreditbusinessprocesstoimprovetheir competitiveness.
