I A 贸易公司业务流程优化研究 摘要 近年来,随着市场竞争不断的加剧,特别是 2008 年全球金融危 机以及自 2017 年起的新一轮中美贸易战以来 ,越来越多的企业开始 意识到业务流程优化作为一种新型的企业管理思想,其能有效缓解企 业在进行重大变革过程中风险压力的特点,使得深受面临复杂外部环 境的企业越来越 愿意将这种方式运用到企业管理工作中来,因而业务 流程优化在现代企业管理中的地位不断提高。相比于市场开发的巨大 投入或者商业模式的变革,优化的合理的业务流程及其 运转模式对于 某些企业而言显得更为实际和有效。 本文通过对 A 贸易公司业务流程的介绍,运用业务流程优化的理 论和 IDEF0 模型理论,针对 A 贸易公司业务流程的复杂性 和特殊性进 行分析,识别其传统业务流程中存在的问题。通过业务流程优化的思 想和方法进行设计和优化再造,并以 IDEF0 模型的方式展现优化后的 业务流程,配合企业信息 化提升,形成一个能增强企业满足客户需求 能力、提高流程效率和降低流程成本的优化的业务流程,以期望提升 企业核心竞争力,当面对新的企业外部环境时能更好的实现企业 的战 略目标。 关键词:业务流程优化;IDEF0 模型;信息化;贸易ABSTRACT II RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS AT A TRADING COMPANY ABSTRACT In recent years, with the continuous intensification of market competition, especially the global financial crisis in 2008 and the new round of US-China trade war since 2017, more and more companies have begun to realize business process optimization as a new type of the idea of enterprise management, which can effectively alleviate the risk pressure of enterprises in the process of major changes, it has made enterprises that are deeply faced with a complex external environment more and more willing to apply this method to enterprise management. Therefore, business process optimization as a status of modern business management is constantly improving. Compared with the huge investment in market development or the transformation of business models, the optimized and reasonable business processes and their operating models appear more practical and effective for some enterprises. This article introduces the business process of A trading company, uses the theory of business process optimization and IDEF0 model theory, analyzes the complexity and specificity of A trading company's business process, and identifies problems in its traditional business process. Design and optimize reengineering through business process optimization ideas and methods, show the optimized business process in the IDEF0 model, and depends on the promotion of enterprise informatization to form a business process that can meet the needs of customers, improve process efficiency and reduce process costs.
