伴随着当代经济的飞速发展,中国居民目前的个人储蓄净额已经超越了60万亿 元人民币,中国已经集聚了一个产业规模超过七万亿元的教育市场,与 其他产业类型 市场相比,教育行业具备“小”“大”“低”三个特点,即投资规模小、利润大、准 入门槛低,因此吸引了一大批竞争者以及投资者的广泛关注。 民办教育是中国 教育产业不可忽视的重要部分,在全社会都越来越注重教育投入 的大背景下教育事业得到了迅猛的发展,其中也包括了民办教育的产业化发展,而各 类民办学校的发展则更加成 为了民办教育广受社会各界关注的重点之一。 2014年,隶属于LL教育集团的XY学校正式成立,主要以经营中小学文化课及 艺术培训类项目为主,近四年的发展历程中,该校持续 拓展教学规模,现今已然成为 了民办教育的领军企业。随着越来越多教育企业的涌入,竞争不断提高,规模不够、 生源短缺等问题成为了困扰行业快速发展的重要阻碍,对此, XY艺术学校迫切需要 制定一套成体系的战略发展策略,以此应对产业普遍存在的相关问题 本论文将国内外理论、教育产业现状、民办教育机构经营现状进行研究,为石家 庄XY艺 术学校的战略研究提供理论依据,并对XY艺术学校内外部环境进行分析, 应用PEST宏观分析工具及波特五力模型对XY艺术学校进行全面分析。建立EFE矩 阵及IFE矩阵,使用SWOT 分析法对XY艺术学校在行业竞争及企业自身生存及突破 中所面临的机会、存在的威胁及具备的优势及劣势等因素展开细致的分析,为XY艺 术学校经营计划与战略方向提供理论依 据。制定XY艺术学校发展战略,有针对性地 解决XY艺术学校发展过程中亟待解决的问题。 本文主要将石家庄XY艺术学校的内外环境展开进行透彻研究,并充分结合学校 的实际运 转情况,设计与之契合的综合发展战略及侧重于人才培养的发展战略,从基 础层面全面提高学校整体在教育产业类别中的综合实力,为达到可持续发展的目标打 下稳固基础。 关 键词:发展战略,培训机构,PEST分析,SWOT分析 -II- ABSTRACT Withtherapiddevelopmentofthecontemporaryeconomy,thecurrentnetpersonal savingsofChineseresidentshaveexceeded60trillionyuan.Chinahasgatheredan educationmarketwithanindustryscalethatismorethan7trillionyuan,comparedwith otherindustry-typemarkets.Theindustryofeducationhasthreecharacteristicsthat respectivelyare“small”,“big”and“low”,whichmeansthattheinvestmentscaleis small,theprofitislarge,andtheentrythresholdislow.Therefore,educationindustry attractsalargenumberofcompetitorsandinvestors. PrivateeducationisanimportantpartofChineseeducationindustry.Underthe backgroundthatthesocietycontinuouslyemphasizesoneducation,theeducationindustry hasdevelopedrapidly,includingtheindustrializationofprivateeducation.Inaddition,the developmentofvariousprivateschoolshasbecomeoneofthefocusesofprivateeducation forthepublic. In2014,XYSchool,whichisaffiliatedtoLLEducationGroup,wasofficially established.Itmainlyfocusesontheoperationofprimaryandsecondaryschool'scultural coursesandarttrainingprojects.Duringthepastfouryearsofdevelopment,theschoolhas continuedtoexpanditsteachingscale,andnowithasbecomealeadingcompanyofprivate education.Withmoreandmoreeducationalenterprisesenteringthemarket,theintensified competition,andthelackofenoughscaleandtheshortageofstudentshavebecomethe mainobstaclestotherapiddevelopmentoftheindustry.Inthisregard,XYArtSchool urgentlyneedstodevelopasystematicdevelopmentstrategytodealwiththeproblemsthat existcommonlyintheindustry. Inthispaper,thedomesticandforeigntheories,thecurrentsituationofeducation industryandthemanagementstatusofprivateeducationalinstitutionsarestudiedto providetheoreticalbasisforthestrategicresearchofShijiazhuangXYArtSchool.The internalandexternalenvironmentofXYArtSchoolisanalyzed.TheXYArtSchoolis comprehensivelyanalyzedbyusingPESTmacro-analysistoolsandPorter'sfive-force model.EstablishingEFEmatrixandIFEmatrix,usingSWOTanalysismethod,thispaper makesadetailedanalysisoftheopportunities,threats,advantagesanddisadvantagesfaced byXYArtSchoolintheindustrycompetitionandenterprisesurvivalandbreakthrough,and providestheoreticalbasisforthemanagementplanandstrategicdirectionofXYArtSchool. ToformulatethedevelopmentstrategyofXYArtSchoolandsolvetheurgentproblemsin -III- thedevelopmentprocessofXYArtSchool. Thispapermainlyconductsacomprehensiveresearchontheinternalandexternal environmentofShijiazhuangXYArtSchool.Thispaperfullyconsiderstheactual operationoftheschool,designsacomprehensivedevelopmentstrategythatfitswiththe statusoftheschool,andfocusesonthedevelopmentstrategyofitstalentcultivation.From thebasiclevel,comprehensivelyimprovethestrengthoftheschoolintheeducation industry,andlayasolidfoundationforachievingthegoalofsustainabledevelopment.
