-I- 摘要 开滦集团唐山矿业公司是开滦集团所属大型主力生产矿井之一,前身为开滦矿 务局唐山矿,始建于1878年,至今已有140年的历史。截至
2017年底,已累计生 产原煤2.14亿吨,在不同时期为国家经济建设做出了重要贡献。目前,矿井地质储 量3.76亿吨,可采储量1.87亿吨,固定资产14.34亿元,员工数量5800多人
。随 着煤炭企业“黄金十年”的结束,作为国有大中型煤炭企业的唐山矿业公司面临着前 所未有的机遇和挑战。开滦集团唐山矿业公司作为一座百年老矿,已经进入了产能 衰退
期、挖潜增效期、多元经济培育期和转型发展攻坚期“四期”共进的历史新关口, 探索企业转型发展新思路、制定企业转型发展新战略已经成为当务之急。 本文通过五大部分对
开滦集团唐山矿业公司发展战略进行梳理研究,首先,对 发展战略相关理论进行综述,在国内外学者相关的研究基础上,针对以往的经验和 教训,综合相关方法制定了研究模式
。其次,从政治、经济、技术、社会等宏观环 境,煤炭行业现状和发展趋势和外部环境的机遇与威胁入手,对开滦集团唐山矿业 公司发展的外部环境进行分析。第三,重点从企
业人力资源、地理资源、固定资产 与基本建设、声誉资源、矿井资源开发利用、内部管理、市场营销、煤炭资源储量 及入洗能力等方面进行详细分析,对发展相关问题进行深入
的调研,找出了公司的 优势和劣势。第四,对开滦集团唐山矿业公司进行EFE矩阵、IFE矩阵、SWOT矩 阵等分析,制定了公司的基本战略定位以及长远规划,同时提出了战略目标
及战略 阶段。最后,提出了总体的战略实施方法和相关保障措施。 本文运用企业发展战略相关理论知识和PEST方法、波特五力模型、SWOT分 析法等管理分析工具,以开滦集团唐
山矿业公司为研究对象,对其历史沿革、企业 现状、内外部形势进行了综合研判,对公司发展战略进行了研究。希望通过本文的 研究能对开滦集团唐山矿业公司的发展和战略选

opportunities and challenges. A company's development strategy, to a large extent, determines the company's competitiveness and future direction. For
the "hundred-year-old shop" with a history of more than 130 years and the reputation of "the first-best mine", how to seize the
opportunity, stand out from the fierce market competition, and continue to develop, it is necessary to formulate a development strategy that meets the actual
needs of the company. Improve the company's strength. The content of this paper is as follows: First of all, based on a review of related theories of
development strategy, and on the basis of the research of domestic and foreign scholars, a study model has been developed based on past experiences and
lessons learned. Second, the Tangshan Mining Company's transformation and development of the external environment and internal environment were analyzed
in detail. Analysis of the international, domestic, political, economic and other aspects of the coal enterprise has an overall understanding of the internal
and external environment. The Tangshan Mining Company has conducted in-depth research on the issues related to the transformation and development of Tangshan
Mining Company. It has identified the advantages and disadvantages of the company's internal and external factors. Based on SWOT and matrix analysis, it
has determined the development strategy of Tangshan Mining Company. Finally, a new strategy for the transformation and development of Tangshan Mining
