,从技术、经济、 效益、企业可持续发展等方面来看,都具有重要意义。体制内的各类组织,尤其是大 型国企以及垂直管理的政府行政单位,需要高度重视青年人才培养的问题
。 目前,电力系统正处于行业体制改革的关键时期,在实现创建全国最好世界一流 电网企业的征途中,离不开广大青年立足岗位的奋发有为和与企业共同成长的使命担 当。在社
会经济科技快速成长,外部环境多变的今天,如何改进当前的青年人才培养 工作,留住、发掘、培养人才,对全面推进企业各项工作尤为关键。 本文用文献分析法,搜索国内外
青年人才培养的相关理论和优秀实践成果,分析 M供电局结合行业特性和企业战略目标;个案研究法和调查法等方式分析青年人才管 理存在问题,围绕思想引领、职业发展、身心
健康、安居乐业等几个方面现状,结合 行业工作思路,总结查适合M供电局的青年人才招聘、培训、领导力发展、绩效管理、 任用、人才梯队建设这六大块项目的运作优化方案和
建议,并得出相关结论。 论文通过优化招聘和培训,提升人才素质当量;完善青年绩效管理,鼓励青年创 新创效;改进人才梯队建设,完善人才库管理;发掘青年高潜人才,提

factorrelatedtothesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises,youthtalentmanagementhas becomeasubject,andmoreandmoreenterprisespayattentiontoit.Itisdirectlyrelatedto
therealizationofenterprisestrategicgoal.Theyoungemployees,theirendlessvitality,
courageandinsightaretreasureforcompany.Itisofgreatsignificancetoestablishagood platformforyoungpeople’sgrowthandpromoteimportanttaskssuchastechnological
innovationandtheconstructionoftheworkforce.Especiallyinthetechnology,economy, efficiency,andsustainabledevelopmentoftheenterprise.Variousorganizationsinthe
system,especiallylargestate-ownedenterprisesandverticallymanagedgovernment administrativeunits,needtoattachgreatimportancetothetrainingofyoungtalents.
