在快速发展阶段的秦皇 岛银行却面临员工流失的问题。员工流失问题如果长期存在,会对银行长期发展产 生不利影响,容易造成核心客户资源流失、团队工作效率降低、招聘成
本增加等许 多负面效应。近几年,秦皇岛银行流失员工多为高素质员工,并且呈现年轻化、数 量逐年增多的趋势。如何在发展关键时期吸引优秀员工加入,防止员工流失,值得
进行深入分析。 首先,对员工流失的概念进行界定,简要介绍普莱斯模型、马奇和西蒙参与者 决定模型、勒温的场论三种员工流失理论模型,通过对员工流失理论模型的学习,
为下一步的分析奠定理论基础。 其次,介绍秦皇岛银行发展概况和员工管理的现状。通过介绍秦皇岛银行的经 营情况、组织架构了解秦皇岛银行的近几年发展情况。从员工基本
结构、员工流失 现状两方面进行重点分析,了解秦皇岛银行员工分布和员工流失情况,并针对流失 较为严重的岗位进行重点分析。 再次,通过调查研究及访谈方式,了解员工对
于工作环境及工作氛围、薪酬福 利、未来发展等方面的真实想法,针对员工评分较低的问题进行统计,并从多角度 深入分析造成秦皇岛银行员工流失的原因。 最后,对照员工流
失的原因,结合国内外研究成果与秦皇岛银行发展现状,参 考同业的良好做法与经验,找到差距,弥补不足。以防止员工流失策略作为研究重 点,提升秦皇岛银行人力资源管理
水平,减少员工的流失,增强秦皇岛银行员工队 伍稳定性。 关键词:秦皇岛银行;员工流失;人员配置燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract Under the
environment of market economy, the competition in the financial field is increasingly fierce. Many banks are actively transforming to adapt to the market
changes. In the period of business transformation, the stability of employees is particularly important, while Bank of qinhuangdao is facing the problem of
staff turnover. If the problem of staff turnover exists for a long time, it will have a negative impact on the long-term development of the bank. It is easy
to cause many negative effects, such as the loss of core customer resources, the decrease of team work efficiency and the increase of recruitment costs. In
recent years, most of the staff lost by Bank of qinhuangdao are high-quality employees, and the number is increasing year by year. How to attract excellent
employees to join in the critical period of development and prevent staff turnover is worth in-depth analysis. First of all, this paper defines the concept
of employee turnover, briefly introduces price model, March and Simon participant decision model, Lewin's field theory three kinds of employee turnover
theoretical models, through the study of employee turnover theoretical model, to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of analysis. Secondly, it
introduces the development of Bank of qinhuangdao and the status quo of staff management. By introducing the operation and organizational structure of Bank
of qinhuangdao, we can understand the development of Bank of qinhuangdao in recent years. From the basic structure of staff, staff turnover status of two
aspects of key analysis, to understand the staff distribution and staff turnover of Bank of qinhuangdao, and focus on the more serious job losses. Thirdly,
through the investigation and interview, we can understand the employees' real ideas about the working environment, working atmosphere, salary and
welfare, future development, etc., and make statistics on the problems of low employee rating, and deeply analyze the causes of staff turnover of Bank of
qinhuangdao from multiple perspectives. Finally, by comparing the causes of staff turnover, combining the research results atAbstract - III - home and abroad
with the development status of Bank of qinhuangdao, and referring to the good practices and experience of peers, we can find the gap and make up for the
deficiency. To prevent staff turnover strategy as the research focus, improve the human resource management level of Bank of qinhuangdao, reduce staff
