人力资源管理在企业发展中有着举足轻重的作用,职业生涯管理作 为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,现在已经被更多的企业重视并运用到 实际管理中,所以有更多的专家学者进入此领域的研究中。企业中职业 生涯管理的范围包含人力资源管理的方方面面,涉及面非常广泛,并且 企业在员工的职业发展规划以及实现职业生涯管理目标的过程中起到非 常关键的作用,越来越多的企业将职业生涯管理作为人力资源管理的一 种有效方法。ZH 公司属于国有控股企业,位于抚顺这个老工业企业众多 的城市,遵从传统管理模式,阶层氛围严重,员工无法体现个人价值, 很难实现职业生涯发展目标,导致企业无法留住优秀员工,致使企业无 法快速发展,很容易与时代脱节。所以 ZH 公司必须利用更加先进科学的 方法重新构建人力资源管理模式,搭建全新的、符合员工需求的晋升路 径,整体提升 ZH 公司的水平,改善企业文化氛围。 本文以ZH公司为研究对象,采用访谈及问卷调查相结合的分析方法, 对 ZH 公司员工职业生涯管理现状进行了深入分析,发现其存在的问题及 原因,并提出针对性的对策建议。本文主要分为六大部分,第一部分阐 述了论文的研究背景、意义以及国内外研究现状,并介绍了论文研究内 容、研究框架和研究方法。第二部分是职业生涯管理相关概念及理论, 介绍了职业生涯管理的相关概念和相关理论,为全文奠定了理论基础。 第三部分是ZH公司员工职业生涯管理分析,介绍了ZH公司的基本情况, 说明了 ZH 公司的总体概况和人力资源构成情况,并通过访谈及问卷调查 对 ZH 公司员工职业生涯管理进行分析。第四部分是 ZH 公司员工职业生 涯管理存在的问题,从职业生涯管理制度、职业发展通道、培训、薪酬、 绩效考核五个方面分析 ZH 公司员工职业生涯管理存在的问题,第五部分 是 ZH 公司员工职业生涯管理对策建议,针对 ZH 公司员工职业生涯管理 问题,提出相应的对策建议。第六部分是结论。 关键词,职业生涯,职业生涯管理,职业生涯规划辽宁石油化工大学硕士论文 II RESEARCH ON EMPLOYEE CAREER MANAGEMENT OF ZH COMPANY ABSTRACT Human resource management plays an important role in the development of the enterprise. As an important part of human resource management, career development management has been paid more attention to and applied to actual management, so more experts and scholars are involved in this field. the study. ZH company is a state-owned holding company, deeply influenced by national culture, following the traditional management mode, the class atmosphere is serious, employees can not reflect their personal value, it is difficult to achieve career development goals, resulting in the company can not retain excellent employees, resulting in the company can not develop rapidly, It is easy to be out of touch with the times. Therefore, ZH company must use a more advanced scientific method to re-establish the human resource management model, build a new promotion path that meets the needs of employees, improve the overall level of ZH company, and improve the corporate culture. This paper takes ZH Company as the research object, uses the method of interview and questionnaire to analyze the current situation of employee areer management in ZH Company, finds out the problems and reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper is mainly divided into six parts.
