当今市场企业的竞争从某种程度上来说是人才的竞争,员工薪酬管理作为企 业人力资源管理的核心内容,很多企业已经意识到了薪酬管理的重要性。薪酬管 理是否科学合理往往都会影响企业的长期发展,如何不断提高员工工作积极性, 建立有效激励的薪酬管理体系,是不少企业一直都在思考的问题。 本文以湖南茂华置业有限责任公司员工的薪酬管理为研究对象,文章首先介 绍了写作的背景及意义,薪酬管理的有关理论基础,对薪酬和薪酬管理的含义、 内容及作用,国内外研究现状等方面内容进行了研究,为薪酬体系方案设计提供 了理论基础;进而结合湖南茂华置业有限责任公司的实际情况和员工薪酬满意度 的调查分析,然后对原有公司薪酬管理体系进行分析诊断,找出其存在的问题及 其原因。并针对湖南茂华公司员工薪酬管理现状,薪酬管理优化方案设计的指导 思想与原则,提出适合公司发展的薪酬管理优化方案设计。最后阐述了薪酬优化 方案的实施与保障,并对薪酬管理方案进行了评价。方案的设计对其他同行业的 房地产业公司同样具有借鉴作用。 通过对湖南茂华公司薪酬管理优化设计,制定出符合其自身特点的独一无二 的薪酬制度模式,完善该模式体系,不断健全与之相关的问题,以便为企业打造 专属自己的独特、完善的高效薪酬体系。在此基础上,充分利用企业的有限的激 励资源,使其利用率最大化,不断提高企业人才工作积极性,有效地防止了企业 人才流失,为企业保留了发展创新的中坚力量,促进企业不断发展。 关键词,湖南茂华;员工;薪酬管理;薪酬管理体系工商管理硕士学位论文 III Abstract Nowadays,the competition of the enterprises in the modern market is in some way the competition of the talents. As the core of the human resource management, a lot of enterprises have realized the importance of the employee com pensation management.Whether the compensation management is scientific and reasonable or not will largely affect the long-term development of the enterprise. How to improve the working enthusiasm of the staffs and establish effectively incentive compensati on management system, is one of the most important problem that many enterprises always take in concern. This paper provides a theoretical basis for how to design an effective compensation system in enterprises based on the research of the employee compensation management in Hunan Maohua real estate co., LTD. First of all we introduce the background and significance of writing and the relevant theoretical basis of the compensation management. After that we analyze the domestic and foreign researches with the content and function of compensation and the compensation management. And then we analyze the company's compensation management system and find out the remaining problems and their causes, based on the combination of the investigation of the employees’ satisfaction about their compensation and the analysis of the existing compensation management system in Hunan Maohua real estate co., LTD. In the end we discribe how to deploy the compensation management for company development and give it an evaluation, which could benefit other real estate enterprises. To develop a unique compensation system model in line with its own characteristics and constantly improve it, that can make full use of the limited resources of the enterprise, continuously improve the enthusiasm of employees, effectively prevent the loss of the talents, retain the backbone of innovation and create exclusive, create perfect and efficient compensation system for any company and promote the continuous development of enterprises.
