随着高中基础教育改革的进行,中学学校体育课程改革也受到教育界及有关部门 的高度重视。扇子舞是以扇子作为道具,将舞蹈、体育及扇子本身的声音融为一体,在 节奏欢快的音乐伴奏下进行集体和个体练习或表演;它是以舞蹈和体育为基础,融健身、 健美、健心为一体,通过舞者对扇子的舞动与执扇造型,抒发内心的喜悦之情,具有强 烈的感染力和极赋审美情趣的新兴大众体育项目。由于扇子舞在中学体育教学大纲、教 材中都没有明确的规定,教师的教学常常无所遵循,或点缀于课的准备部分,或凭教师 兴趣来选择教材,这就不可避免地存在着不规范等的弊端。尽管学校开设了高中女生健 美操课,大大提高了高中女生的积极性,但健美操不能天天上,每次都是这个内容,这 样高中女生也会厌烦,在一定程度上影响了她们上好体育课的积极性。体育课是学生学 习体育知识、技能的主阵地,是学生掌握体育锻炼方法的主阵地,是培养学生良好体育 锻炼习惯以及形成终身体育观的主阵地。所以本文倡导扇子舞应加入高中女生体育教学 课程中,并通过实践与研究对其现状和作用、教材选择与教学方法及教学评价谈了一点 个人的体会和认识,目的是为了更好地提高体育教师的教学能力和扇子舞的教学质量; 再有面对这项很早就风靡全球并且以女性为主体的体育项目而言,扇子舞在我们中学大 纲和教学计划中还没有予出现,可谓既有失落又有变革的紧迫之感。就“扇子舞”本身 的特点及应用的广泛性来说,本人认为应该成为高中女生体育课中的必修教材,既便在 目前在高中体育新课程的改革下作为选修教材也是十分必要的。所以本人最终倡导“扇 子舞”进入高中女生体育课堂的重要性,并且为“扇子舞”进入高中女生体育课堂起到 积极的推动作用。 关键词, 扇子舞 ; 高中女生; 体育课堂 ; 可行性研究Abstract Along with the basic education innovated, the course innovation of physical education in middle school is attached importance to by the educative department and other correlative fields. Fan dance suitable for group or personal practice and performance can combine dance, sports and the sound and beauty of fans together. It is based on dance and sports to achieve the aim of health and enjoyment. Trainers can express their happiness by the movements of fans and the style and form of the topic for the dance , so as a new sports item , fan dance is one of the favorite sports for its strong feeling and beauty. However, fan dance is not included in the outline of physical education in middle school and there is no clear rule to practise it, our teacher may be confused in teaching. It is often the case that fan dance is acted as the preparation of a class , what is more ,whether it is used as a part of a class depends on the interest of a teacher. Thus, there is a disadvantage existing in our daily teaching. Though almost every school has lessons of the healthy body healthily holds for girl students, which greatly improves the students interest, the healthy body healthily holds can not be taught in daily teaching .If every class has the same topic, students will feel tired ,which in a way will have a bad effect on their interest for physical education classes. Physical education classes is not only the main base for the students to learn some knowledge and skills of sports ,but also the main practice to help the students master some ways to exercise. What is more, it is the very period for the students to form a good habit to practice and form a correct value to exercise .So in my opinion, I think fan dance should be added into the teaching course for senior middle school girl students. Through practice and study for the current situation and usages , I would like to discuss it with my personal view and experience. Maybe it can improve the teaching ability of our sports teachers and the teaching quality of fan dance. Faced with the world wide sport aimed to women, fan dance has not appeared in the outline and teaching plan so it is an urge to reform. When it comes to the features and application of fan dance, it is suggested that it should be a part of teaching even if we are reforming the physical education course. Thus, I firmly support that fan dancing can enter our physical education class. And hopefully, fan dance can motivate our senior girl students to take part in physical education classes.
