长春市城区高中开展竞技健美操课余训练的可行性研究

随着世界发展的迅速人们生活水平的提升,对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,关注 体育运动以变成人们生活中必不可少的一部分,然而竞技健美操又是一项难美项群运 动,它以动作难展现肢体美的特点吸引着全世界的瞩目,并作为一项新型项目在我国逐 渐发展开来。 本人通过对长春市城区高中竞技健美操课余训练开展状况进行调查和分析,在数据 统计分析中对重点高中、非重点高中的师资情况、学生兴趣情况、场地情况、学校管理 者人员态度等方面进行了调查并对调查结果进行数理统计。本文主要运用了文献资料 法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法。最终得出以下 结论: 1.竞技健美操在高中开展课余训练符合现阶段年龄优势,有助于学生未来发展需 求、培养竞技健美操后备力量,推进学校知名度。 2.我市目前高中场地设施都已达到优秀条件,已经符合开展竞技健美操课余训练的 基础,这也充分说明了开展竞技健美操课余训练的可行因素是充分具备的。 3.从管理者的调查中可以看出支持的态度是肯定的,项目的发展是相互的,开展的 学校越多、重视的人越多,越是被重视,发展的越好,越有利于更好开展和更好关注, 所以开展竞技健美操课余训练的可行性是充足的,有利于开展。 4.目前长春市城区高中虽有部分学校开展,但发展目的不明确,管理不够完善,但 是学生学习的热诚是高涨的,这也充分展现了竞技健美操在学生心目中的魅力。 5.长春市城区高中学生对竞技健美操运动的了解程度已经有了一定的认知水平,已 经具备了一定的认知基础,对于竞技健美操课余训练走入高中校园奠定了良好的基础。 关键词:城区高中;竞技健美操;课余训练;II Abstract With the rapid development of the world people's living standards to enhance the quality of life, concerned about the sport to become an indispensable part of people's lives, however Competitive Aerobics is a difficult event groupmovement, action, it is difficult to show limb characteristics to attract worldwide attention, and gradually developed in China as a new project to open. I by the Changchun City High School athletic fitness operating after-school training to carry out the status of the investigation and analysis in the statistical analysis of data on the focus of high school, focus on high school teacher, student interest, availability of venues, school administrators, staff attitudea survey and survey results of mathematical statistics. In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, field trips, law, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Ultimately draw the following conclusions: 1petitive Aerobics in spare time training in high school to meet the age advantage at this stage, contribute to students' future development needs, training the reserve forces of Competitive Aerobics, and promote school awareness. 2.City high school venues and facilities have reached the outstanding conditions have been met the basis of competitive aerobics after school training, which fully shows that carrying out competitive aerobics feasible after-school training factor is fully equipped. 3.Supportive attitude certainly can be seen from the survey of managers and project development is mutual, carried out in schools more and more attention, the more attention the better of the development, the more conducive to bettercarried out and better attention, so to carry out the feasibility of competitive aerobics after school training is adequate, is conducive to carrying out. 4.Changchun city high school although some schools, but the development of purpose is not clear, the management is not perfect, but the enthusiasm of the students' learning is rising, which fully demonstrated the charm of competitive aerobics in the minds of students. 5.Changchun City high school students have a certain level of cognitive level of understanding of Competitive Aerobics, already has a cognitive basis, and laid a good foundation for the competitive aerobics after school training into the high school campus.
