以习近平为领导的党中央、国务院多次强调指出,“学校体育和艺术工作仍 然是我国教育工作的薄弱环节,要加快发展学校体育与艺术”。体育舞蹈是一项 集体育与艺术高度融合的体育运动项目,对高中生来说有着很高的健身、健心和 审美价值,学生通过体育舞蹈的学习,不仅能强身健体、增强气质,还能愉悦心 理、增强自信,更能提高审美和艺术鉴赏能力。在我国各普通高校,体育舞蹈已 经得到普遍的开展,并很受大学生的喜爱。然而在我国的各普通高中,体育舞蹈 还没有得到广泛的普及,很多学校都是以体育舞蹈高考培训班的形式而存在,体 育舞蹈并没有走进学校体育课堂。 本文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法,以石首 市普通高级中学开展体育舞蹈课的可行性为研究对象,从 5 所普通高中体育课的 开展现状和影响石首市普通高中开展体育舞蹈课的因素进行深入研究。研究结果 如下, 1、石首市普通高级中学体育课的开展现状为,体育教学项目还是以常规的 体育项目为主,田径、篮球和足球最为普及,每一所学校就有开展,其次是羽毛 球和排球;体育硬件设施不够齐全,表现在体育场地不足,场地规划不够合理, 以及体育器材不够充沛;体育师资力量欠缺;学生因为部分体育项目不是自己的 喜好,不感兴趣,参与体育课不够积极。 2、影响石首市普通高级中学开展体育舞蹈课的因素包括,学校领导的支持 力度、师资力量有待加强、场地设施还需健全、学生和家长对体育舞蹈认知程度 的提高以及体育舞蹈课教学内容设计的合理性。 3、石首市普通高级中学开展体育舞蹈课的可行性因素分析包括,国家政策 对学校体育和艺术的支持;新课标推动下体育舞蹈核心素养的具体体现;普通高 级中学开展体育舞蹈的作用和意义;石首市普通高级中学具备开展体育舞蹈课的 条件。 关键词,石首市;普通高级中学;体育舞蹈;可行性II Abstract The CPC central committee and the state council, led by xi jinping, have repeatedly stressed that school sports and art are still weak links in China's education work, and we need to accelerate the development of school sports and art. Sports dance is a sports project that integrates sports and art. It has high fitness, mind building and aesthetic value for high school students. Through sports dance, students can not only strengthen their body, enhance their temperament, but also feel happy, enhance their self-confidence and improve their aesthetic and artistic appreciation ability. In China's colleges and universities, sports dance has been widely carried out, and is very popular among college students. However, in China's ordinary high schools, sports dance has not been widely popularized, many schools are in the form of sports dance college entrance examination training class, sports dance has not entered the school sports class. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature data, expert interview, questionnaire survey and logical analysis, taking the feasibility of sports dance class in shishou ordinary senior high school as the research object, and deeply studies the current situation of physical education in 5 ordinary high schools and the factors affecting the development of sports dance class in shishou ordinary high school. The research results are as follows: 1. The current status of physical education in shishou ordinary senior middle schools is as follows: the physical education program is still dominated by regular sports, with track and field, basketball and football being the most popular, followed by badminton and volleyball. Sports hardware facilities are not complete enough, which is reflected in insufficient sports venues, unreasonable site planning and insufficient sports equipment. Lack of physical education teachers; Students are not interested in some sports because they are not their own hobbies, so they are not active enough to participate in physical education. 2. The factors influencing the development of sports dance class in shishouIII ordinary senior middle school include: support from school leaders, teachers need to be strengthened, venues and facilities need to be improved, students and parents' cognition of sports dance should be improved, and the rationality of teaching content design of sports dance class. 3. Feasibility analysis of sports and dance classes in shishou ordinary senior middle schools includes: support of national policies for school sports and art; The concrete embodiment of the core accomplishment of sports dance promoted by the new curriculum standard; The function and significance of sports dance in ordinary senior middle schools; Shishou ordinary senior high schools have the conditions for sports and dance classes.
